I dropped off my TOUCH SCREEN laptop computer to have the screen repaired cause half of it wouldn't turn on. Got nothing from them regarding an estimate and called, girl said she would resend. Hours later again I called cause I still did not receive. So then a guy got on the phone and verbally told me $279 and they would let me know when it was done but about 3-5 days. Called back after a week,only for them to tell me they ordered the wrong screen and it would take longer. They did call when it was done and charged me almost 300. Just turned on to use it and it's not a touch screen anymore!!! I purposely buy touch screens for my little children and ease of use and they didn't say anything about that changing and said they ordered the right screen the second time. How are they going to charge $300 and not even replace it with what I had? The place has gone downhill and is a total rip off. I'm So upset.

I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional and inappropriate behavior displayed by the staff at T-Mobile, particularly by the manager Gabby and coworker Carlos. My mother was mistreated by Gabby. She yelled at her for touching a device on display. Why are they on display if we cannot touch them? She then had a nasty attitude when my mom asked her about the tablets available in the store. Gabby explained that there are no tablets available for her. While my mom insisted on what we can do because we had a broken tablet, Gabby said she did not feel like attending to my mom anymore. How is it that you allow someone like that work there? There's another person there named Carlos who made sexually explicit comments in Spanish about her with a client that he was attending, which constitutes sexual harassment . This is completely unacceptable for employees to behave in such a disrespectful and offensive manner towards customers. I am deeply saddened and angered by this experience. T-Mobile needs to take swift and decisive action to address this issue and ensure that such behavior does not happen again.

Notwithstanding that, the representative in the Middletown NJ store, Ishmael, signed us up for that service anyway. We noticed the unwanted charges a few months later and cancelled the service. In September of 2024 we purchased another new iPhone for a different family member. Remembering the issue we had experienced in June of 2023 I told the representative (the same one, Ishmael) that I did not want AT&T Next Up multiple times and created a video recording of telling him this. Notwithstanding this, Ishmael again signed us up for At&T Next Up on the new phone. We detected this on the spot in the store and Ishmael claimed it was an error and told me that there was nothing he could do to remove it but that I could cancel it by calling customer support in 14 days. I called customer support 14 days later and requested that Next Up be cancelled. Three months later, in December of 2024, I again reviewed the bill and again found that I was still being charged for AT&T Next Up. I went online and cancelled it again. At this point, I have been charged three instances of the $10 Next Up fee for the September 2024 incident and 2 instances of this $10 charge for the June 2023 incident. Avoid this store, and especially avoid Ishmael.

My daughters phone was the worst. It was pretty bad. Apparently, when you are a teenage girl, your quality of life is connected to your cell phone. We visited AT&T who was no help at all. The phone repair places in the mall wanted too much money. I had seen the sign outside of this place a few weeks earlier and figured we'd check it out. I didnt like the sadness in my little girl's eyes. Like the mall, screen replacement was too much. But they have a decent selection of phones for a reasonable price. We found a nice replacement for a fair price. They even switched the new phone over and transferred her pics, videos, and contacts. They went above and beyond. Super nice, super fast, excellent value. And there is happiness back in my baby girl's eyes.
