I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional and inappropriate behavior displayed by the staff at T-Mobile, particularly by the manager Gabby and coworker Carlos. My mother was mistreated by Gabby. She yelled at her for touching a device on display. Why are they on display if we cannot touch them? She then had a nasty attitude when my mom asked her about the tablets available in the store. Gabby explained that there are no tablets available for her. While my mom insisted on what we can do because we had a broken tablet, Gabby said she did not feel like attending to my mom anymore. How is it that you allow someone like that work there? There's another person there named Carlos who made sexually explicit comments in Spanish about her with a client that he was attending, which constitutes sexual harassment . This is completely unacceptable for employees to behave in such a disrespectful and offensive manner towards customers. I am deeply saddened and angered by this experience. T-Mobile needs to take swift and decisive action to address this issue and ensure that such behavior does not happen again.

My daughters phone was the worst. It was pretty bad. Apparently, when you are a teenage girl, your quality of life is connected to your cell phone. We visited AT&T who was no help at all. The phone repair places in the mall wanted too much money. I had seen the sign outside of this place a few weeks earlier and figured we'd check it out. I didnt like the sadness in my little girl's eyes. Like the mall, screen replacement was too much. But they have a decent selection of phones for a reasonable price. We found a nice replacement for a fair price. They even switched the new phone over and transferred her pics, videos, and contacts. They went above and beyond. Super nice, super fast, excellent value. And there is happiness back in my baby girl's eyes.

Jim learned I depend on my phone 24/7 so he found the time......to aid me in my plight. After 45 minutes and after researching the issue...I was restored to A-1. He had me view the broken internals and see and FEEL why replacement parts were needed. (As a consumer, i do appreciate that learning!) He also installed ORIGIONAL Samsung replacement parts....showing me the pack each came in. Haven't met anyone like Scott in a while, someone who's in business out of a passion for what he does and his desire to help others. As soon as you meet him you can tell how much he loves computers and loves helping people in general. To say he's knowledgeable is quite an understatement. I wish he could've help me with some of my computer programming classes back in school lol!! For starters he's available 24 hours. Which is great of course. I was able to drop my computer off after work and pick it up after work the next day, very convenient! After dropping it off the first day he called me as planned around 9 o'clock at night to let me know that things were going well. I don't think customer service gets any better than that! Most places would've left the computer on the counter until the next morning. Scott had scans being run all night long so that it will be ready for pick up the next day. I'll also say that he is charging less than any place else I've ever taken a computer to get help, plus I've never gotten it back the next day fixed completely, plus there were no extra charges, hidden fees, etc. Actually he did more than what he said, he launched all my upgrades, he added some free software to help keep my computer virus free, he even installed an app on my computer in case I ever needed his help I could speak with him remotely. These are all free of course. And the computer has been working wonderful since I returned home with it! All problems fixed 100 percent!! How lucky to have a service like this right here in central New Jersey in Freehold. I would drive here to get my computer fixed even if I lived a half hour away. Very, very highly recommended! She ultimately didn't get it fixed by NO fault of his. She just doesn't live in the area and had to leave unexpectedly so she needed to handle it another way.
