I made an online appointment (2-22-26) Sunday at 7 AM for 10 AM because my phone wasn't working. I was then able to get it working on my own. I went to the website to try to cancel the appointment. There is no place to cancel on the website. I tried calling hoping there'd be a voicemail so I could leave a message to please cancel the appointment. The phone rang 18 times--no voicemail. I then called the gentleman at 10 AM to give him the courtesy of canceling my 10 AM appointment. I told him that there was nowhere on the website where I could cancel it--he didn't offer any help. I also said there's no voicemail where I can leave a detailed message-- again he didn't offer a response. I believe that this kind of customer service is truly lacking in concern for the customer. Why didn't he say here's what you do on the website. Why didn't he say "...oh, sorry about the lack of voicemail. I'll report it to management immediately." Another example of some people not caring about their jobs - and leaving the customer hanging. read more

nasty not polite sent me to another store, and the concord store said they were wrong. Derrick was the bad one to get good service

Shady business practices! They are a third party store,an authorized dealer. Please go to a regular Verizon store not an authorized retailer!!! They are not forthcoming and they will upgrade you when it's not in your best interest, Because they get paid a commission! I cannot recommend this location to anybody! read more

Very rude employees and managers you come in with a concern and they just dismiss you as if we are not their problem! Unprofessional staff I would not suggest to come here read more

We went in to upgrade a phone. And we did that. I had Verizon Device Dollars that can be used online or in a Version store. These guys either couldn't figure out how to do it or just plain lied that it didn't work. When I called Verizon support on the phone, they said it should work. Then the sales guy added a $13.99/month support contract to the new phone. I didn't ask for it and he never mentioned it. It just showed up on my account. I should have just walked out, because I had that feeling. I won't go back here and I won't be recommending it to anyone. read more

I have been here multiple times over the past 6 months, and have had excellent experiences each time! Additionally, I have not had to wait to be helped, which is a stark change from other stores I have used in the past. The first time I went it was to upgrade my husband's phone - the manager, Derek, was very helpful, explaining the different options, and was patient and not at all pushy. Last week I went to enquire about a new phone line, and one of the other employees was equally competent and took the time to explain the different options of plans and the phone. Then today I went back to finalize updating my phone and adding the 3rd line - seamless, as usual. Thanks! Sandra read more

Very underhanded, and misrepresenting the product. Derek the store manager, and Phil, the sales rep, leave a lot to be desired. We had an issue, and he had given us the info and who to call and resolve. We followed his explicit instructions, and VZW corporate advised us to return to the store the following day. When we arrived his first words were "I'm all set with you and this situation", and asked us to leave. His store and employees caused our issue, and VZW corporate resolved it, and he refuses to cooperate. Complaint filed with BBB and State Attorney Gernerals office. Buyer beware. Edit: Verizon Corporate executive care is taking care of us. We are being left without a phone however. They did pass along, this is not the first complaint about this retailer, and the unprofessionalism will be handled at the executive level. EDIT: They finally took everything back, and still refused to return the trade phone. They charged $209.00 in return fees. VZW corporate, assured it would be refunded. Will update that if and when it happens. Also pay note, the free tablets are not free. They come with a monthly 4G service plan along with their own phone number. Who the hell needs that? Shady, typical salesman. Edit to the business comment: Tim, You are correct, you have never done business with me. You have, however done business with my wife. Your sales staff sold her a bill of gold she did not want nor need. If you were doing ethical business, none of this would have taken place, and your store manager would not have been belligerent when we came in nicely the first time. We followed Derek's explicit instructions. Thankfully I have everything documented, as does VZW corporate. Have a good day, we will speak again soon :) read more

Came in here to change my plan and check out a new phone. They didn't have it on display but one of the employees was nice enough to show me his own personal phone. Service was instant, and they were very helpful compared to the South Willow location. read more

I have been doing business with you for many years I upgrade several times I like version service but you will never see me again I found out your not even a real version store Your clerks are useless and not at all interested in providing any services just sales Many friends in my area have had similar problems with your techs Now I know why there are never lines I would go to real version store But I am going to change my provider because of your service read more

I just bought a new phone at wireless zone. Shop is nice and there was no waiting. CAUTION watch closely for uncharted and added fees. I was char$40 upgrade fee, and $15 per month for insurance, neither of which I was asked about or agreed to. I did ok an information transfer fee of $30 but never told I could get the app free and do it myself. I gevev4stars because when I contacted Verizon customer service, they were wonderful and credited my account. ? Wireless transparency read more

Pricey and not a great selection. They didn't have the cloth cable charger i wanted, But the staff was helpful and friendly. Conveniently located directly next to one of my favorite bar and grilles, which is perfect if you have to wait for file transfers. read more

I was going to go into the business to make a purchase, but I happened to be on my way in and see the associate out in front smoking and spitting all over the ground. I was appalled to see an associate for a major business in such a manner. As a nonsmoker, I was discouraged from making such a purchase. It's inappropriate for a business to let such behaviors happen. After I had walked away to my vehicle, the associate proceeded to throw the rest of the cigarette out on the ground, not even bothering to stub it out. I will not be back to this establishment again! read more

Allie was really nice to work with when I upgraded my phone. She went out of her way to pick up a phone at another store so I didn't have to travel myself. Very nice customer service. I will be back! read more

I had a broken lock button on my iPhone 4S and I took it to this Wireless Zone, where I had purchased the phone a little over a year before. Knowing my Apple warranty was up, I knew if I went to Apple they'd recommended I buy an entirely new phone for $199. When I took it here however, one of the associates, Bruno, was very helpful and accommodating. He fixed my lock button and saved me over $100 over having to replace the phone all together! It works like a charm and I'm so pleased with the service I received over the corporate store. Thanks Bruno for fixing my phone! read more

Nick was fantastic to work with! Helped both myself and my boyfriend get new phones and helped with all the questions we had! By far the best experience I've ever had with a Verizon store and will go back in the future read more

Be sure this company gives you the new phone you paid for instead of a junky reconditioned phone that stops working within weeks.

Picked up a Samsung S4 at this store. Brought it back two days later because the camera constantly hangs up with "Camera failed" message. I was told that the S4 is a new phone, it will have some problems, and I should wait for Samsung to send out a fix for it. He refused to let me exchange it for a new phone. After spending an hour with a Samsung tech, I was advised to return it under the warranty. read more
