I didn't think that was legit so I said I'll come back the next day. I came back at 10 AM when they said they would open and they were closed. I waited until 1040 until I left. So I came back the next day at 11 AM to return the phone. once again, the store was closed but the lights off and they were supposed to be open at 10 AM. The door says it and so does online. I only have 14 days to return my phone and now I'm on day 12 or else I will get charged. I have wasted several hours trying to do this. If they had asked me, I would have asked for my phone back and gone for yet another opinion before eliminating my phone or turning it over to some stranger, and not knowing if what was said was true.
