But hubs purchased my Christmas black Apple Watch- but I felt the black watch+band weren't me and really wanted something to jive with my style. Tried to make an equal exchange on a Monday evening for the Rose Gold Apple Watch and purchased the Rose Gold Mesh-only separately. Except Anthony couldn't unpair my Apple Watch that evening because I had ran out of juice plus these folks were closing up shop for the night. Returned the following day and my honey-eye color sis was a wiz at making sure the black Apple Watch I was returning, didn't have any of my personal info. Took a while, but boyyyyy... she made it happen and ordered my new watch for in-store pick up. Friendly staff- all I can say. Knowledgable and work with you NO MATTER WHAT your problem is- so thank you.

The female cashier was taking care of me, she even sent someone to get another pair of head phones for me. Staff came back with head phones, we were ready to make care the exchange when another staff came out of no where and said I have to go to the bar and get service there . I was in Micro Center for an hour just to return head phones. The manager Joel and another person told me to go to the bar. After waiting another 10 minutes at the bar for service, I was told by staff (Carlos S.) that it would take 15-20 minutes for a label to print out, which didn't make any sense to me. Instead it took 38 minutes for that label to print , supposedly. Make it make sense.

I arrived there about 30 mins before their close time but unfortunately they had some issues that caused them to close early. Anyways, I spoke with the owner John and he said he was gonna return in an hour so I decided to grab something to eat then head back since it was a decent drive from my house. Took a little longer than an hour, but things happen. When John got there, he gladly changed the cartridge for me on the spot (during after hours) and I hung out there while listening to some music on his killer setup. He was a very friendly guy that got the job done in 30 mins and for a reasonable price. My advice is to call before you go to make sure that they're open but they're a great little shop that has plenty of experience (27 years worth!) I'll definitely be returning I'm sure for all related repairs/audio purchases.
