So I took a shot and visited the local TCC Verizon store in Horsham. The agent I worked with BF was totally UNIformed about the android product. He was dead wrong about the things he said he knew. I was purchasing a Samsung z Flip. 1st he told me the transfer was a simple but he could not perform it because my phone would not log on to their wifi. If it had it would be $29.95. It took me 2 days of trial and error. Next he told me that the new phone had a ssd card. I didn't think check that out prior. I ended up removing the ssd card from my old phone and then when removing the sim card thinking it was the holder for the ssd card I lost the sim card on the floor for a few hours, dam they are small. He then told me I would need to buy from him a charger and screen protector. He said the without a new charger the phone would not do fast charging and would not ever fully charge. Neither was true. The phone comes with a screen protector installed and not practical to use the liquid screen protector he was going charge me for. In his defense he was able to review my bill and save me $5 a month and I had previously visited the Factory Verizon in Montgomeryville where the sales persons are cashiers not sales persons. read more

I have been to this store twice. Both times I was served by the manager himself. I never had to wait, and when other customers were around, he made sure to acknowledge everyone. The service was always excellent. The process felt like it took long, but that was not the fault of the store as much as Verizon's own computer system is unwieldy. That said, the accessories are very expensive. I would never buy accessories straight from the dealer because the markup is always ridiculous. The phone prices, however, are exactly the same as any other Verizon place, and they have sales quite often. If you're in doubt, you can do all of the research ahead of time on the Verizon website. But if you want above-par, personal service that is knowledgable and not too pushy, this is a good place to go. read more

Prices are not marked and they charge 2-3 times more than shopping at Best Buy, Costco, or Amazon, etc. Clearly Verizon is focused on ripping people off in order to make a profit and not interested in providing good customer service and encouraging repeat business. I went into the store and to look at devices. I specifically asked if there was a price difference / policy difference between what they sold and what Verizon Corporate sold. The sales rep said No. I then proceeded to purchase a device with my upgrade. I went home and checked the next day the price of the phone should have been 49 dollars. Instead it was 159 and they charged me 50 dollars for a sim card bringing it to 209. I went to return the device and they would not take any of the accessories back with the return and also charged a higher restocking fee than what VZ would have charged. This bait and switch by them is unacceptable. I can understand being charged a restocking fee but the device charges / misleading information from the sale is not acceptable. STAY AWAY! read more

On the surface, the sales staff appears helpful, but I would avoid this store like the plague! I had initially stopped at this location due to convenience to ask how to go about submitting an insurance claim for my phone, and they convinced me to switch my Assurian insurance to Global Warranty and listed several good "selling points" - BUYER BEWARE!!!! Global Warranty is a scam!!!!! Although the deductible is $10 less, they don't send out the phone as they claim that attempts to charge credit cards fail and then never try to contact the consumer to rectify the situation. And these "attempts" are completely false - at no point were any of my credit cards even attempted to be charged. So here I am just waiting.... no phone... no service... nothing. Going back to the store is useless as they now make it seem like it's all somehow my wrong doing. Wanted the new S8 and wanted it day 1. I pass this store on the way to work so stopped in a few weeks before the release of the phone and was met by the manager Julian. He took the time to go through not only the new phone having all the details handy, but also took the time to go through my bill and indicate where I could save money while adding to my data plan. Sure you can save money using PCS or TMoblie, but if you use your phones for business you want and need reliablilty and speed. With the other services even 1% drop off is unacceptable if that 1% call happens to you during a sales call. plus texting on those services can sometimes be slower than the USPS. Upon pick up of the phone Zee (I think that was her name) went through the features again, transferred all data from my old phone and did not pressure me to buy the any accessories while the transfer took place which was greatly appreciated. All in all a very pleasant experience and would recommend anyone looking for a new phone to stop in and ask for Julian. read more

My wife and I purchased phones through at the store on Horsham Rd. in October 2014. (1)My wife had to contact Verizon about the jet pack that was supposed to be free. It was cheaper to cancel than to continue to keep it.... (2)Also Verizon has no idea about a school (I attend college) discount that was offered to me that I never did receive anyway. (3) My wife is still having text issues with her phone and she was told to use the Verizon bloatware app as a solution...that is not a solution. I went into Verizon in Horsham to get an upgrade on my phone. I was very impressed by the customer service I received. The Manager, Darrell, was very thorough and transparent in explaining how the upgrade would affect my phone bill. I worked mostly with Julian who was very patient and clear in walking me through the whole process. He familiarized me with all the different phone accessories and even took the time to carefully attach the screen cover. I also interacted briefly with Melissa who was friendly in showing me some features on the new phone. I do not remember the last time I have experienced such high quality customer service. read more

Avoid this store! High pressure sales. I bought a phone from them for 99.00 after a 50.00 rebate. I then go on their website and I saw that I could have gotten it online for 49.99. I was pressured into buying "Gold Advantage Plus" and was never emailed the coupons. I was lead to believe that they were not a third party vendor and indeed they are and have fees linked to your account if you deactivate your phone. I was told that I could easily download pictures to my Mac and ended up with Samsung customer service for 45 minutes trying to figure it out. read more

purchased 2 phones from them with a very accommodating saleswoman who became just the opposite when i attempted to return the goods as per the 14 day period and directions from verizon wireless customer service that there be no restocking fee due to verizon's inability to provide a signal to my area (jenkintown pa location near the train station). they said they are an independent store and do not have to abide by verizon's ruling. i STRONGLY suggest purchasing thru a direct verizon outlet, NOT a "premium reseller" if you want appropriate safeguards and service. this store did not have a mgr on duty on sunday nor would they contact one nor would they comply with verizon customer service. they wouldn't take the phone back until monday when the mgr was on and he contacted his distriict mgr who attempted to deal for a partial restock fee (i refused). Part 2: they gave me lower costs for the service than verizon charged. part 3: their sales person wanted 80- per phone restock and the signed agreement provided for 50. this store is one of my LEAST favorites. they are not honest. they are a rip off and will not let anything be returned even if you package things like new. they only give your store credit and dont tell you when you purchase. i asked them to cancel my cell insurance and it STILL comes out of my checking account and they will not fix it. i am very upset and will never go back there read more
