A few months ago I got a call from their sales department telling me that Empire Access would be in my area and active to use. But once it wasn't happening the sales department decided NOT to contact with any reason to why it was not happening. Then contacted thier sales department just to get told that it had been delayed. Told this many of times from them.

And AT&T made up for all of my frustrations... The store was clean and well staffed. Nic and Kim were engaging, knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy... I so enjoyed working with both of them. I will stop in to say hi the next time I'm in town and I'm confident that my Mom, terribly bad with any electronics (but an awesome Mom) could stop in with any questions and they would be patient with her and help her out. The bottom line is that I got Mom a reasonably priced basic phone, switched my 2 lines over to AT&T, merged my girlfriend onto my account, maintained my corporate discount and got a better plan for less money with no glitches in the change over... One time it took them about 5 hours to fix the cable and they gave me a 5 dollar discount the following month. Great customer service but wish they were 24/7 like other big name services are.
