And AT&T made up for all of my frustrations... The store was clean and well staffed. Nic and Kim were engaging, knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy... I so enjoyed working with both of them. I will stop in to say hi the next time I'm in town and I'm confident that my Mom, terribly bad with any electronics (but an awesome Mom) could stop in with any questions and they would be patient with her and help her out. The bottom line is that I got Mom a reasonably priced basic phone, switched my 2 lines over to AT&T, merged my girlfriend onto my account, maintained my corporate discount and got a better plan for less money with no glitches in the change over... And actually enjoyed the process! Great job AT&T in Bath, NY! Hang on to your people... They are gold!
