Had a very easy and pleasant experience here switching providers from to Verizon. Amanda told me about all of the deals you can stack and that was helpful as I went home to think and crunch numbers. The next day, Pete helped get my number ported over seamlessly from my old provider, provided above and beyond customer service the entire time, and even followed up with me the week after my purchase to check in. Small town hospitality at a big box store. Highly recommend stopping in to see what benefits switching providers or upgrading might give. I am now paying less for a newer phone and a better data plan combined than I was with the old provider. Would recommend!
