I purchased tires thru Walmart, made the appointment to have them installed and when I arrived I explained exactly what I wanted done and everything was good at that time. 1 hour later they called me to let me know that they could not install the tires on the front but could only install them on the rear. After wasting 1 hour in the store a manager was requested by me and needless to say he was dumb as a box of rocks. Another 30 minutes went by before I was able to leave because the service dept was in no hurry to put tires back on car and bring key in. Total lack of customer service from management and service dept. Will never do business with the auto service department again. Total idiots!!!

Some of the staff is good and some of the staff hates their jobs. I asked someone to help me find something and she gave me an attitude. I told her I live with somebody who gives me an attitude daily and I don't need hers. I could tell she was upset that she had to help people. It also didn't help that the thing I was looking for was in an area where somebody had parked their mart cart and didn't move for several minutes. So I waited for them to leave. When I finally got what I needed as I was going through the rest of the store, I spotted the same staff member and I overheard her saying "I just can't people today." I said loud enough for her to hear "Yes, I noticed that." This store also has staff members who will gladly report you if they find you doing something they dislike. They love to embarrass you and call the cops on this happened to me at least once, but it was three years ago... I accidentally scratched another car door and they had the police come in. I was accused of leaving the scene and I said "I would never do that" which is the truth, but I guess it's guilty until proven innocent. I found out another staff Member had reported me. I'm not saying the staff has to be sappy, sweet, but please check your attitude at the door.

I am leaving this review because of a serious experience I had with this location involving a retail return and the subsequent handling of the matter. I completed a return through the store's normal return process. The item and original receipt were reviewed, and the part/SKU information was matched before the refund was issued. I later obtained recorded communications from the store indicating that there was no problem with my return and that it had been verified. Despite this, I was subsequently arrested in connection with the transaction. The criminal matter was ultimately dismissed and sealed. I have documentation, recorded communications, and other evidence concerning what occurred. During the later claim process, I was also told by a representative that my arrest was a mistake. I provided documentation supporting that statement, and it was not disputed by the claims representative. I have attempted to obtain written documentation explaining the circumstances because I am required to disclose the arrest in future employment and federal background investigations. I was also offered an $8,000 resolution involving confidentiality provisions, which I could not accept because I cannot agree to restrictions that interfere with required employment disclosures. I am posting this review so other customers can be aware of my experience. I am not asking anyone to take my word for it; I have documentation supporting the events described and can provide it if necessary. I would encourage Tractor Supply to review what occurred at this location and provide a written explanation of how this situation was handled.
