I start this review by saying there's a woman named Lori that works there. That is an absolute saint... Other people who work there should really be trained by their amazing woman... Especially a woman named Rachel Rachel your face tells you she's do things that she doesn't do... Takes action on things that she shouldn't take actions on... It should maybe pick up a phone or send an email before she jumps into conclusions and calls the law ... my husband recently passed away we rented a trailer from that store instead of calling me, sending an email, or a letter for that matter, asking for me to return the trailer, after I called and asked to extend my rental and they told me they couldn't take my payment over the phone, she decided to call the state troopers and have them come to my house... I would've happily brought the damn trailer asked... Never once did they tell me how much I owed, turned around and said the troopers to my house again... When I called and spoke to Rachel and asked how much I owed she told me I was out of town at the money to my daughter and my daughter take it to the store that same day... She said that she would call the state troopers and tell them that it was rectified and that they didn't want to pursue any charges... She didn't do that. She said to her other coworkers only thing happen is they'll arrest her that to go in front of the judge and she can tell the judge what's going on... Well, Rachel, if you had to pick up the phone and called the troopers like you said you were going to none of that would've had at all... Thankfully Lori goes above and beyond and does the things that she says going to do... Shout out to Lori, I don't know your last name but you are a saint in tractor supply is very lucky to have you.
