Prices are reasonable and I felt good supporting a non-profit. The staff is all volunteer and the woman at check out was friendly and happy to chat about the organization. I have sold a fair amount of my daughters clothing here and opt for store credit rather than cash- then I use the credit to buy whatever she's in need of- most recently dancewear and a rain jacket. Mama Goose carries new & used shoes, baby gear like strollers and cribs, seasonal clothing, gifts, maternity clothing as well as books and toys. I love this little shop and try to stop in every time I'm in Ithaca.
