I had a problem with the video card failing in my crappy HP laptop. This was a common problem for this model, HP wouldn't admit to it though, so it wasn't under warranty. Southern Tier PC fixed it without wiping the hard drive for a very reasonable price. Then they fixed the same problem when it happened again, for free. Then they fixed the same problem again, for free. Then we all noticed a pattern and I sold the laptop before I broke the video card again. Win. Top notch service by knowledgeable people at reasonable prices.

The shop even carries some basic supplies, which meant I didn't have to go elsewhere to purchase a new charging cable that I also needed. The only critique I can give is that it took about 1 1/2 days for them to respond via this Yelp contact tool. That said, when I phoned to ask more questions, he was prompt, and I had no concerns or issues. Could well be the way the information is transferred to them. For best results, be sure to call them! Price was reasonable, service was great and timely! Thanks, Brandon, for a super job!!

Highly recommended! I am so grateful to MZRIGS for his wonderful work on my computer!…read more He made a special trip to meet me at his office. We sat together for 2 hours as he made the skillfully worked on my computer, made needed changes, and showed me things I needed to know. What an education and what a relief. Same day service when Best Buy would have held it for 4 days. His fee was so low I was embarrassed so I tipped him. Very knowledgable, very friendly, very professional. Thoroughly enjoyed working with him and he gave me a clean bill of health for my Mac and iPhone. He knows what he's doing and he cares about his clients. I will return to him for all my computer needs... Thanks Mauro! :-)

After dropping it off, he diagnosed the issue & sent us options with clear pricing. We chose to have him rebuild in a new case, which was a great price. After picking up, we were unable to connect to wifi at home. He worked with us over the phone until after 9pm & came to our house the following day to add an additional part due to it being an older PC. After all this, he refused taking further payment. We will definitely be reaching out in the future for a new build & would recommend to anyone.

To all prospective and new customers:…read more I want to share my personal experience so others can make an informed decision. Eric is the individual who runs this business, and Daniel is a family member who is also involved. I want to give credit where credit is due--and I will also speak up when I feel something is not being handled properly. Eric is very good at selling the product and explaining the security side of the business. I also give credit where it is due regarding the installation itself. However, my concern began after the installation was completed. Initially, they were responsive when service was needed, including coming out for service calls with a $100 service charge. However, after one or two service visits, my experience with communication changed significantly. My calls and messages have gone unanswered, and I have had difficulty getting assistance with equipment that I am paying for. I tried to avoid posting anything because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and allow them an opportunity to address the situation. Unfortunately, that has not happened. At this point, I have a security system that is not properly recording and a camera that is not functioning, while I am still trying to get a response regarding the issue. I am sharing this review based on my own experience with the customer service and follow-up after installation. If the company would like to address the situation, they know who I am and are welcome to reach out. I believe businesses should be held accountable not only for selling and installing a product, but also for standing behind it and providing reasonable customer service afterward. Find yourself a reputable company and spend the money.
