Thus was the case with this business when I took my ONE year old HP to have it repaired. I honestly got to the point where it didn't make financial sense to throw $100 plus at a laptop that cost less then $200....Not that these guys gave any insurance that they could actually fix it on the fourth try.

In the…read morepast two weeks my two laptops have both died and a third was buried away because I didn't think it was worth fixing. "Bob" at Preferred Computer fixed them all. One of them twice for a different issue each time. The bill for the repairs came to less than a C note too. If you have had to take your computer in to the shop, your palms get sweaty just thinking about it...wondering if eating this month is simply over rated or if not having your computer is something you can learn to live without. One of my old laptops was down for a couple years since it had a virus that simply deleted or destroyed my pics and receipts. I took it in just to see if it could possibly be fixed. Bob said it was a virus that forced him to reload my windows but the data was still there! My newer laptop had a update from Levono and then the screen was black in the morning. The third repair of the older computer was a repair of the power button. It popped right out and flew over my shoulder. I found the round button and Bob fixed it so it would work just fine. The old girl isn't worth the cost of a new face plate and the labor to install it. I got free advice on a the type of router I should get so the old router will not drive me to throw it out of the window. Bob will do the shopping and find a new one for a reasonable price we set. I don't have time for anymore computer issues! Thanks Bob! Great job!

Missed To many payments! Unless in the last 3-4 years Twin Tier's Rental totally change from Ashley furniture to China furniture i doubt it. Ashley is a nice brand. And all rental places charge an extreme amount thats how they make money. But Twin Tier Rental worked with me if i was 3 weeks late. & rent-a-center we didn't three days and have the police knocking at your door! Thats 22 me speaking. Vs 30 year old me in 2011! Pay your furniture & communicate at least Twin Tier Rental being a mom and pop place will work with you more than a glomerate rental place like Rent-A-Center! last I knew they basically sell all the same things! Now "home necessities" that's like Amazon furniture! i should know i made mistake went to them for my friend who worked there & wanted The commission. when I moved and wanted a new furniture and she knew I was going to go to my Twin Tier Rental. But come on please for me. & A friend of 25 years asked you to do that you do it. being a new job looked great! but I thought all rental places had to atleast sell like Ashley furniture, Samsung quality electronics, appliances I was wrong! now Aarons and Rent-A-Center. I do know they do have more namebrand stuff! But the way they harass you after like three days of a missed payment even if you told them I don't get paid till Tuesday. Pound at your door. Well they did in 2004 Anyway! but go twin tier rentals facebook page. Check them out. No I'm not affiliated with Twin Tier Rentals, I haven't even been in their store since 2017. Because it does suck that I did spend like $10,000 for stuff that should've cost me like $2000! But that's the business of Rental with no credit needed or checked! My credit score is 580 and I only owe $800. But guess what it's the lack of credit for me, I've had. like that $800 is from an iPhone with Sprint 6 years ago. but the fact I've never taken a loan out. no credit is worse than bad credit they tell me I guess I understand it now that I'm older...
