In the…read morepast two weeks my two laptops have both died and a third was buried away because I didn't think it was worth fixing. "Bob" at Preferred Computer fixed them all. One of them twice for a different issue each time. The bill for the repairs came to less than a C note too. If you have had to take your computer in to the shop, your palms get sweaty just thinking about it...wondering if eating this month is simply over rated or if not having your computer is something you can learn to live without. One of my old laptops was down for a couple years since it had a virus that simply deleted or destroyed my pics and receipts. I took it in just to see if it could possibly be fixed. Bob said it was a virus that forced him to reload my windows but the data was still there! My newer laptop had a update from Levono and then the screen was black in the morning. The third repair of the older computer was a repair of the power button. It popped right out and flew over my shoulder. I found the round button and Bob fixed it so it would work just fine. The old girl isn't worth the cost of a new face plate and the labor to install it. I got free advice on a the type of router I should get so the old router will not drive me to throw it out of the window. Bob will do the shopping and find a new one for a reasonable price we set. I don't have time for anymore computer issues! Thanks Bob! Great job!
