During the first use of this machine I had to go down and shut off the water. They tried to jerry rig the water line to save time and money.the next day, with me watching closely, they sent 2 or 3 hours doing it right. My guess, they know nothing about plumbing or were trying to pull a fast one on a 90 year old man. They left off a trim piece, used old fittings, used pipe tape on a compression fitting ( never done by anyone who knows what they are doing) , used the old nut they had stripped out as well as the old farrel. New nut and farrel cost nothing versus time spent. They didn't want to level the unit. I will give them this, they admitted they didn't use a new adapter, admitted they stripped the nut, price was fair, and that his helper was new. A good price is no trade for a wet floor. They blamed the lack of hardware on corning building co. And manufacturer. Didn't put the kick plate on. I have spoken to corning building co. About this as well as anyone who will listen. I have installed 4 or 5 dishwasher and never had this much go wrong. However I always had the right tools, was prepared and am familiar with plumbing. The customer is my girlfriend 90 year old father. I hold no I'll will against craig, just wish I had done it myself, time would have been saved.

They either didn't pickup, don't service Samsung dryers or couldn't get onsite for 5+ days. I called Carlos who was in the middle of a repair. I texted him my information. He was at my house within a couple hours. Carlos was very kind and respectful. He completely took apart my dryer to find the problem. Replaced the defective parts, cleaned the dyer and gave me advice on how to avoid this in the future. $200 for the repair. Kind of stinks considering that's over 1/4 cost of the dryer but it was worth every penny in my opinion. I was not capable of fixing this and couldn't go a whole weekend without washing clothes. Most appliance repair companies charge an initial house call with either a half hour or hour labor. Parts are always extra. Their housecall fee was the lowest I could fine plus they provide an hour of labor included. Lowest price plus great service. Will definitely use their company again. Highland recommended.
