But after I assaulted the agent, Arlando with an A, for telling me the info was lost never to be seen again (not really, I just sort of punched him in jest), Superwoman Summer came to the rescue and was able to magically recover what I thought I had lost. I told the manager they deserved 1,000 stars, but she said five was the limit. I was to receive an email/link to rate them, but, alas it never arrived. Soooo, three months later I am writing a review extolling their skill, talent, camaraderie, and all around helpfulness. The store supervisor/manager is a nasty nasty woman, they wasted my time, were rude to me, she yelled at me across the store with customers present. I was given instructions by the store employee, those were not correct. I was told there was nothing they could do for me so I called customer service. Customer service came up with a solution, to which the store manager told me no, they were not going to help me and then lectured me and yelled at me in the presence of other customers. I have been a Verizon customer for 5 years and have had anywhere from 5-7 lines over those years. Verizon as a company has always been great, this location is the worst and the manager should be fired for what just took place.

By the end of February, we had to set a firm deadline (close of business March 2, 2026) to get basic written confirmation of (1) whether they intended to continue servicing the account and (2) the specific pickup date. Because we received nothing, we were forced to consider switching providers and addressing the abandoned container ourselves. The…read morepeople that run this store must be geniuses at hiring, because both times that I have been in (once to buy a phone, once to make the insurance claim and get a loaner phone when I broke a phone) the service has been personal, rapid and over-the-top convenient. The two clerks that served me were both dressed impressively (TIES!) and knew their products-- asked good questions and made good recommendations. When I broke my phone and needed a loaner, they immediately logged me in to one of their workstation to help me report the insurance claim, and then, no questions asked, no jumping through hoops, no game-playing, gave me a decent loaner phone (a Smartphone comparable to my own) to get me through until my new phone arrived. I couldn't believe it. The service was so earnest and prompt and intuitive. I would HIGHLY recommend this store if you have found wireless stores/clerks to be a pain. I bought a RadTech BT500 wireless mouse over 12 years ago directly from Radtech. I have been…read morethoroughly impressed with the quality of this mouse over the years. It is very solidly built (as evidenced by my dropping it several times over the time I have had it). About 7 years ago, it stopped working so I sent it in to RadTech on its lifetime warranty offer. RadTech checked it out, made some minor repairs to the board inside and returned it in a matter of days. They were very quick and courteous with the repair. Fast forward to now (2018) and the mouse stopped working again...not at all unexpected since it has received heavy, heavy usage by me over the 12+ years I have had it. Once again, I was able to take advantage of their lifetime warranty and returned it to them for adjustment and repair. This time, they decided to send me a brand new mouse presumably since I had had it for over 1 decade. Once again, they turned the order around very quickly and I without the mouse for a very short time. I have always been amazed at their offering a lifetime warranty on this product and even more amazed that a company actually follows through with their promise without trying to weasel their way out of their offer. RadTech has always come through for me with 100% flying colors. Their BT500 mouse is built solidly, and I have experienced, lasts forever. If they had been I would have known not to buy it) but advised that because it was a custom order a refund could not be given. This is pretty customary so I wrote back and asked for other options to resolve the matter given their 100% satisfaction guarantee (boldly displayed on their homepage & the only reason I felt safe to place an order with them). It has been over 2 weeks and I have yet to receive a reply, so I think it's safe to assume they have no intention of honoring their guarantee. All around bad business.
