I did my research online and then I went to visit each providers, brick and mortar stores. I wanted to see what their "real" customer service was like and to see if there were different offerings from the stores. After researching and visiting, it was an easy decision. T-Mobil had to best package for a new customer and their customer service was the most professional and friendly. A huge shout out to KB, the store manager. She was the representative that I dealt with and she was very detailed in her presentation. She listened to my needs and wants in a cellular package and got them all for me, plus other benefits. She even transferred the new services to my iPhone and iPad, making it totally painless for me. As, I waited my turn and interacted with KB, I observed the other sales associates assist other customers. It was obvious, KB has trained them well. As new customers entered the store, they were all greeted and told they'd be assisted soon. The other representatives, were polite and none of them used high pressure sales. If you are wanting to change your cellular service or looking for your first mobil phone, I recommend shopping at this, T-Mobil store.

The next day we had an issue with a portion of transfer which I needed help with. They were very helpful and spent a lot of time with me. I gave them my payment and since I had never been in the store before they asked what kind of phone I had. I told them I had an IPhone but it was cracked and that I could not get the Protect Cell Insurance Co to call be back to try and replace. I told them how disappointed I was with the company. The told me about the new Edge program that Verizon offers to loyal customers. The associate checked and I was eligible for the program, plus he reviewed my plan and found that I was not using much data, so he got my bill lowered by about $30. How sweet was that. He also gave me suggestions to purchase a phone on Ebay and they could help with changing things over. This guy did not make any money off of me, but he was so helpful. They refused to even call him to ask where the employee was and where he put my phone. I now am being faced with paying for a phone that was on promotion and also having to lock down my credit and change passwords for every account that I own. Be careful folks. They are stealing phones and passwords from customers. This is not ok. My next stop will be the police station to report their antics. This is not acceptable on any level.
