Went to upgrade my wife's and daughter's phone. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Would recommend.

went in on Friday 2/23/24 spoke to a lady that was not helpful - told me i had to pay off hubby phone (hooked to my number not his) before i could get myself a new phone. left to think it over. went back about an hour later ready to do business. met a different person, he immediately fixed the hubby issue and proceeded to assist son and i. son asked about trade in - i was told that my xr would pay for my new 15, and son would get 200 allowance for his 11. was not explained how all that would work but hey free phone! turns out he totally wrecked my account, had to spend most of Sunday morning fixing what he messed up. my gut was telling me something wasnt right and it wasnt! changed hubby plan (shouldn't have even touched it), not a free phone only gave me 200 allowance toward my "Free" phone and gave son 400 toward his. and yet there is no actual number to the store to speak with manager about this - goes to the Verizon corp/help line. guess i'll go to the store this week and let manager know his people are liars and dont know what they are doing! read more

I'm perplexed at the rating for this store because my experience was so positive, if I could give them 10 stars I would! EXCELLENT customer service by Tamalyo and Jason. You guys made such an effort to help my mother-in-law, which I am eternally grateful and reaffirmed why I have been a Verizon customer for years. Can I give less than 1star?? Check in, wait, wait, wait, wait, etc... Meanwhile employees are trying to sell some elderly lady a lifeproof case for her phone in case she drops it into the ocean or some nonsense. There needs to be a queue for account issues and one for sales. read more

Poor service once again. You check in and wait wait and wait. While employees are playing with toys and other are being served out of line. One can see waiting for phone service setup or purchases but you can't even purchases a pariffial power cord without a 45 min. wait. read more

Backwards. This location is backwards. I received attitude from "Doiline". I then walked away from her and told another staff member at the front of my experience, all I received was "okay". That's it. Nothing else. No, "I'm sorry", nothing. I then proceed to the front to ask if we were going to get any help. We then wait another 20 minutes with no updates whatsoever. Worst customer service I've ever had. I had no issue with waiting, it was the lack of communication and then attitude from another. After approaching management again and letting them know about my experience again and the lack of communication that existed, the woman just walked away from me without saying anything and got a manager. Manager came out from the back who hardly said anything to us. Overall, we left there being assisted with what we needed, but it was an experience that will never take me back there. read more

Without a doubt not just the worst experience I have had by a wireless store, probably the worst experience I have ever had walking into a retail store in my LIFE! They are the least helpful and could care less to assist you on any thing that you need. Without going into to great a detail. They are not willing to take ownership for the company they represent. They are a shameful excuse for a wireless store and their treatment toward me was horrific. SKIP THIS STORE!!!!!!. I went into Verizon this week pretty upset about how quickly my data had been used for the 3 people on my plan! I walk in and they take my name and I maybe only wait 5 mins and the GM Doug comes over to help me out- he explains ALOT to me and then also get helped out by Robin! Between the 2 of them I think we figured everything out and I really appreciate their help- as I was leaving I realized they knew my dad! If you ever have issues they are your guys! read more

My daughter and I went to this store to buy her a new phone for Christmas. We walk in and not one person even looks up at us or acknowledges us. The layout was confusing with maybe 4 phones open for view and there was nothing to identify what phone you are looking at. We stood in the middle of the store not sure what to do while we watched a few employees sitting w another customer and another one on the phone. We stood for at least 10 minutes waiting for somebody to acknowledge us or let us know when they could help us. Instead, we stood invisible and confused. We left about 5 minutes after another annoyed and helpless customer did. read more
