You will only ever get 4g LTE even though technically they say you could get 5G and you will pay for 5G, but you will never get it. I have submitted to the BBB and the FCC. Because after two years and hours on the phone with them and going to their stores and working with their top technical people, the only compensation they offered is $20 for 12 months. I have lost business because of this because I cannot use my phone for anything other than phone calls and texts unless I am connected to Wi-Fi. Stick with GCI. I even have screen texts from their technical people saying they would never use Verizon for the discounts, and that it's true, Verizon can only get you as high as 4G LTE in Anchorage. So their advertisements are a lie. But they use technical speak and their contract to say that they offer LTE and 5G, but you're not guaranteed the 5G only it doesn't say you're not just says it offers both. You won't get the 5G, trust me. But sure gonna pay for it. I would give them a zero star rating if I could, but unfortunately yelp doesn't allow that.

AT&T, this is beyond frustrating…read more Your posted hours online say you open at 10:00 AM. The sign on the door also says 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. I arrived here at 10:00, and now it is 11:05 and the store is still not open. What makes it worse is the phone number listed for this location is just as bad. Sometimes it automatically hangs up, other times it rings with no answer, and then hangs up again. That defeats the whole purpose of having a store number if customers cannot even reach anyone for basic information. If the store is going to be closed, delayed, or opening late, at least put a notice on the door or update the hours online so people are not wasting their time sitting outside waiting. That is basic customer service and basic respect. Even UPS just showed up and no one came to the door. They are literally leaving things outside because no one is here. This is exactly why people get frustrated with AT&T service. Bad phone support pushes people to come into the store, and then the in-store experience is just as bad. Treat your customers better. Update your hours. Respect people's time.

First of all he was incredibly honest with me and helped me explore my options with zero pressure. I came in for a cracked screen two weeks before my finals he could have easily sold me a new computer on the spot but let me know I had more options and discussed them with me. Instead of buying a new computer like I had expected to need he checked out my MacBook and let me know my screen wasn't all that bad and that they could order parts and id save over a grand. He was so helpful and relatable to my college finals panic. I appreciate what a good impression he left on me. When the parts came in they called me and let me know that I could bring my computer in for repair. I asked if they could hold the parts for a little longer until I made it through my last final of the semester, to which they accommodated for me. When I brought it back in to get dropped off Micah again was friendly and got me situated to turn the laptop over for repair with their genius in the Avatar tattoos.
