So far, I have only received the best tutors and never had any issue except for some minor scheduling issues that came up on my end and Reza resolved right away. It is nice to have a tutoring company that truly cares about each student and not just about collecting your money. The payment policy is also great because you get a discount for prepaid packages and if for any reason you need to cancel, you get your money back for the unused credits. I went to a bunch of other tutoring centers that charged much more and they had strict policies of buying prepaid and non refundable packages.
