They lost the order even though my card had been charged. There was no apology and their research determined that they had No record in their transaction history of my order. The owner agreed to make it right and flowers were delivered on Valentine's Day prior to 5 PM. What you see below for three roses and a few hydrangeas was $97. The owner said it was because of tariffs while six roses he said would have been $59. He then proceeded to quote every stem price. I love to support small businesses, but this is not one that I would purchase from again.
