My husband and I were in the market for palms, but we were not satisfied with other nurseries. By chance, we were driving back to MB from a recent trip and noticed this nursery on the south side of Route 544, just west of Socastee. We decided to come back in a few days and we did. We met with Trina, who was as helpful as she could be, we were very satisfied with the price quote and left a deposit. Less than 2 weeks later, Matt and his crew came to my home and in less than one hour had all the trees planted, they even moved one young bush for me too. Matt gave me instructions on caring for our new plants and reminded me if I had any questions to feel free to call. I am delighted with my palms and how they look on my property and I will hire him again to plant more in the future. I am thoroughly satisfied with hiring this crew for their personalized care, professionalism, politeness, diverse stock of vegetation and how neat they worked.

We went to purchase 2 Crepe Myrtle Trees for our yard. One of the gentlemen who worked there was very pleasant and helpful in showing us the available trees. We chose the two we liked and made arrangements to have them delivered as he went back to tag them as SOLD. Late that afternoon, they arrived at our home with our two trees. Since it was later in the day, we waited until the next day to start planting them in the ground. My husband dug the first hole, and as we were settling the tree into its new home, I started to remove the tags. I was looking at the color wording of the Crepe Myrtle, and lo and behold, it was a RIVER BIRCH, and so was the second one. I immediately called the store to explain that we had gotten the wrong trees. They had me send pictures and said they would get back to me ASAP. Since that Saturday was the second day of their Spring Sale, they were even busier than the previous day and closed on Sunday. But 1st thing Monday morning, they called and were very apologetic for the error. The Birch and Crepe Myrtle were sitting right next to each other and just got tagged wrong. Later that Monday morning, the truck with our Myrtles showed up and picked up the Birch, apologizing again for the error. So now we have our two trees planted and just waiting for the beautiful purple blooms to appear. Discount Landscape, you are the best.

Purchased a tree and 3 shrubs from Evergreen Nursery on Joe White Ave in Myrtle Beach one week ago…read more Set up an appointment to have them planted in my yard for today Tuesday 7/22 Was told I would receive a call the day before to confirm arrival time today I had other workers here at my home for 3 days preparing the planting site which I paid out of my pocket as it had nothing to do with his job, so it would be ready when his crew arrived No call ever came, Tried calling the Nursery and their phone kept disconnecting I drove 35 minutes to the Nursery to see why I had not received the promised call and make sure they were still showing up to plant the items today I was told by the 2 young ladies working there that last night Wade ( the business owner ) informed them the planting crew was not going to make any of the 3 scheduled plantings today, cancelled tomorrows plantings and Thursdays jobs as he had a bigger job to do and needed the laborers to take care of that job before he could get to the promised installs. He obviously went for the bigger payday at the expense of all the scheduled jobs that were arranged beforehand. He did not even call any of the waiting customers to inform them their job was cancelled for the time being and maybe next week he could take care of them He left it up to 2 very young college girls to clean up his mess as they said he has done many times before . I cancelled my order as i refuse to give a horrible businessman my money for such terrible service I have read some of the reviews left on different sites and this seems to be a common practice with this guy I wish I had read them before I purchased from his Nursery. This company sells a good assortment of large trees....but my experience is a huge disappointment…read more After purchasing 3 ball and burlap trees that cost me a retail price of over $1500....and after them being planted the very next day, One tree was found to have a huge gouged/scraped trunk that was well hidden behind the cloth that was strapped around the middle of the multi trunks. This damaged bark could get diseased....or at the very least, it will take over a year to heal. So do not waste your time picking out what looks like good speciments, since siteones explantioin is that is how they come in. They do not inspect the trees, presumably, as they come in for sale. Secondly, one of the other trees (all the same variety) has not shown any sign of buds, no leafs coming out. Yet the other 2 are looking green. Most upsetting is to learn that siteone gives No guarantee on these expensive trees, Not even for 30 days. Their explanation is that they are a wholesaler, yet they charged me retail, since I am not a landscaper who has an account with them. Buyer Beware

After checking out a few types with our salesman (forgot his name), we came across a some that was the right size and color. As a bonus, we were told that this style stone was discontinued and we can buy the lot for discounted price. Though it was a little more stone than was needed. The price was half of what we would have paid for a different manufacturer. It is a win win for us! I recommend this store for their great selection, helpful and honest sales and good prices.

Paid $300+ for a Robellini Palm. They delivered and "planted" it for me. After the 1st winter it…read moredied!!! Only to find out that they are not suitable for our zone. This dwarf palm is not frost-tolerant and is hardy in USDA zones 9 to 11. They should of none that! Sorry, no refunds. :-(
