Like most other reviewers we just moved down here from the north, and were looking for palm…read moretrees...a lot of nurseries did not deliver or install the trees...as we were driving we saw Four seasons and pulled in, Matt the owner greeted us, and we bought 2 palms trees..he came the next day and planted them...he also repaired the irrigation system that was broken and never worked....now because of fours seasons we have 2 beautiful palmetto palms....and our lawn will look better than ever with the irrigation working.... neighbors asked where we got the trees, they called four seasons, and within a day or 2 they also had beautiful palms ..I highly recommend them!

A man finally came out, showed me a dead looking trunk of a hibiscus, telling me it would be 2-4 feet tall in a couple of months...I wasn't sold on that. It seems as if they mainly sell Palmetto trees, as they had a lot of them stacked up everywhere. This isn't really a nursery...not sure why it's called that.

Once the installation was done…read moreand he was paid $25,000 for the job, between my husband and myself several calls and texts were sent. All we got was the runaround. I had 6 agave plants that I was charged $199.95 EACH that were diseased when they were installed, 1 Palm Sabal @ $500 each that died within 4 months, and several Flax Lilly plants that died. I texted Randy (the owner) and he even told me Teryll will be at my house to replace the plants. I waited an entire week and no one showing. I voiced my concern to Randy a week after the Agaves were installed and told him how brown the leaves were and his text to me was "They should heal itself. Let's watch it for a bit and if it does not I can replace it." Well that never happened. After the tree died, I gave up. My husband called him and said can you at least give us some kind of discount to have this replaced and Randy said he would send a quote. NEVER HAPPENED!!! We have more trees, plants, and rock that needs done but he lost my business. This is why I cannot recommend this company because of diseased product and follow through.

Paid $300+ for a Robellini Palm. They delivered and "planted" it for me. After the 1st winter it…read moredied!!! Only to find out that they are not suitable for our zone. This dwarf palm is not frost-tolerant and is hardy in USDA zones 9 to 11. They should of none that! Sorry, no refunds. :-(

My biggest complaint is their directions are WRONG. They are not located where the map says they are. I was tagging along with a friend who got directions from their website. We left from just north of Conway so took 22 to 905 and turned left. When we got to 9, I said we must have missed it, but her directions said to keep going a few more miles. I KNEW the place wasn't in NORTH Carolina so we turned around and did find the place the map said it should be. Nope. That's a lawn mower repair business. We should have taken a right onto 905 from 22, heading toward Conway. Call for directions if you don't know where they are! I would have gone to their Myrtle Beach location if I'd been the one driving. No complaints other than the map being wrong though.
