I was nervous to order from here because the outside doesn't look too appealing, but I will definitely order again! The only thing I was a little concerned about was the additional fee to make sure it arrived before the service time. stly, they lost my Valentine's Day order. I called them on Valentine's Day to ask why my flowers were not delivered on the two days prior, which is what I had requested. They lost the order even though my card had been charged. There was no apology and their research determined that they had No record in their transaction history of my order. The owner agreed to make it right and flowers were delivered on Valentine's Day prior to 5 PM. What you see below for three roses and a few hydrangeas was $97. The owner said it was because of tariffs while six roses he said would have been $59. He then proceeded to quote every stem price. I love to support small businesses, but this is not one that I would purchase from again. read more

OK I cannot say enough great things about this flower shop...first of all they are super responsive, kind, prompt, and provide such beautiful arrangements that are reasonably priced. Here I found myself two days before Christmas in a predicament. I needed a beautiful table spray for family that I was celebrating Christmas with on Monday and everybody else had stopped delivering. As a result, I called this flower shop first thing in the morning and they were able to take my order and get a beautiful arrangement created and delivered within two hours... amazing I can't wait to use this flower shop again. read more

Such a nice shop. My boyfriend has gotten me roses from there several times over the past year. The last ones didn't last very long, but I called the shop to let them know and they replaced them without even batting an eye. Apparently where they grow roses has gotten very flooded this past year and has caused a few issues. Great customer service and I'll send him back again for more lovely roses! read more

I'm very disappointed in Buds and Blooms. I am from out of state and had asked them to put a $100 dollar bouquet together for my mom. The picture that I received was not a $100 dollar worth arrangement. It consisted of carnations which are a very cheap flower and other flowers that are not high quality. I used them based on the other glowing reviews but sadly feel I was taken advantage of. Will not be using them again. read more

Called this morning to request a delivery for this afternoon, and they sure delivered! They didn't have the exact flowers of the bouquet I was looking at on their website (and of course didn't have time to get them, given the couple hour turn-around I was requesting), but they substituted some other similar flowers and it turned out wonderfully! I received the most beautiful arrangement I've seen from Buds and Blooms and I have seen many as a wedding professional. However, as beautiful as it was it only lasted three days and everything began to die quickly by day four . I called the store and first and foremost told the lady how beautiful they were and then asked if it is normal for them to die so quickly, which I know they shouldn't have as I always have fresh flowers in my house. I was hoping my question would prompt her to do something about it but instead, she told me the life expectancy of the roses, lilies, and other flowers is about 5 days and that I was "Welcome to call my local florist and ask them how long a flower lasts." WOW! I was nice throughout the conversation so her snarky tone and response absolutely took me by surprise. Lesson learned, save your $71.00 and go to Harris Teeter or Costco where you can get gorgeous flowers (the same ones as in the arrangement) that will last far longer than 4 days. You can get a lot more for your money and without the rude customer service. read more
