An hour and 15 minutes later, we called back and were told it was on its way. Within about 10 minutes, the driver arrived. He explained that they were really busy and he was the only driver. While this may be true, that's a terrible way to run a business. If you can't staff appropriately, then don't make promises you can't keep. We finally tried the pizza and while the taste was reminiscent of good pizza, it had clearly been sitting on the warmer for too long. The crust and garlic knots were hard and chewy. We ended up throwing it out. What a disappointment.
