Recently I wanted to move ahead with an expensive laser hair removal session. After three weeks, I finally emailed the owner Jill to complain and let her know she had lost a customer. She didn't have the courtesy to respond. Needless to say, I am happy to spend my money on such a luxury service elsewhere. Oh well.

Reese initially told me he'd check his schedule and get back to me for the original day that I had planned and failed to respond for the entirety of that day. The following day, without any explanation or apology for the previous lack of response, he offered me an appointment for two days later. I asked him if he could do an appointment after 5pm because of work and he again said he'd "let me know" and never did. The lack of communication was frustrating and reflects poorly on any level of professionalism here.

After leaving their office for the second time I contacted wake up permanently and talk to Kara regarding my situation. She had a cancellation over memorial day weekend so I took it and didn't get my hopes up. I was in the chair a little over an hour and my eyebrows turned out beautiful. Even better than I expected. Kara took the time to answer all of my question and listen to my concerns and as she did my eyebrows she said there was absolutely nothing wrong with my skin and my eyebrows came out beautifully .
