I called them for an estimate. The owner, Tyler, happened to be finishing up an estimate in Parker and he was at our place within about 20 minutes. That is responsive! He looked over the area, took measurements, and reviewed our options, including brands, styles, features, colors, etc. We elected to go with the KE Durasol for the deck and a Sunsetter Easy Shade for the pergola. We opted to get the motorized version for both. Given the size of the awning we wanted, the product had to be ordered, but it was not a long wait, about 4 weeks (probably a little less). The crew showed up on time, were highly professional and did quality work. We even had to have some extra support work done given the span of our awning (pushing 20'). The crew engineered the proper solution and completed installation of the awning and the screen in about 4 hours. The product and quality of work was fantastic. As a side note, we had some high winds, resulting in a slight final adjustment. Tyler came out and made the adjustments himself and things have worked flawlessly ever since then. We are extremely pleased we went with the electric versions of the products as well as the products themselves. Tyler was very responsive, professional and helpful as was Teresa, coordinating everything from the office. The installation crew was top notch. I'd highly recommend them to anyone. Just so you know, I recommended them to my in-laws and they are extremely happy with their awning as well. (You know I have to like the product and company to recommend them to the in-laws. :D)

David provided a complete estimate in October 2023 and aimed for a December start date which he adhered to despite the requirement to involve my HOA design Committee and a structural engineer for the project. From start to finish, the project was completed on schedule, as described, with the flexibility for upgrading flooring which I later requested. The team was competent, professional and ensured my complete approval and delight with the project. Additionally, the total price was lower than my estimate from another company (a National chain) which planned to use materials of much lesser quality and did not include new decking and rails. I can enthusiastically recommend Zapp Exteriors after my experience with David and his team. The service was exceptional as was the final product.

Buerger Brothers Construction built an addition to our home, which included a 700+ square foot garage, using concrete poured on Piers and a floor poured as a "Slab on void" due to bad soils report. We started planning in May of 2019, with construction from June through October of 2020, we found ways to work during the early days of the Covid pandemic. Communicating with Christian was a breeze, he was easy to talk to, responsive, professional and truly cares about what you are conveying. Because I am a retired engineer I had to stick my nose into everything... From the beginning he brought in professionals from the Architect, Structural Engineers to the finishing Carpenter and Painter, each step was amazing and all within budget. The cadre of subcontractors hired by Burger Brothers had to meet a high standard of professionalism and produce a high quality product, they were all wonderful to work with. Of note, was the daily cleanup, the care taken and the security to the existing area, especially working in the midst of a pandemic! Inconvenience was kept to a minimum and in the end we can actually say the complete project went quite smoothly and was a great experience. Would I hire them to do it again? Absolutely "In a heartbeat, no doubt about it!" I just cannot brag enough about this company and I promise you will not regret your decision to hire Christian and his crew! I could go on and on, but you get the gist.... if you want honesty and professionalism, these are your guys! Without hesitation I would recommend them and would hire them again to do any construction project.

I found the type I wanted, Anlin, but mostly read that it was the install job that mattered most! CCE provided me with a reasonable quote, and once I signed on with them they completed the work ahead of schedule with no additions to the budget. Unique Windows did a wonderful install job, doing new trim around the windows that looks gorgeous. The house has been so much warmer, and so much more well ventilated since the install about a month ago. There was a minor alignment detail on the trim that looked off - though the windows themselves were slightly misaligned in the house itself. The owner Preston agreed that the trim could be adjusted for alignment, and he and Jim came out to remove and reset the trim themselves. Looks perfect. A well done job, complete. I loved how they took ownership in fixing up that detail so we can all feel good about the new windows in my home. I'm really glad I chose CCE to work with. And I LOVE my new windows.

Communication was excellent. We're quite happy with the quality of construction and aesthetics. In addition, despite occasionally running into surprise issues with the underlying conditions once the crew started demolition there were no surprise costs or change orders. The process is transparent and fair. One nitpick: the project management side of things seems stretched thin. I have zero issue with work ethic or hustle; the project manager even pitched in towards the end to keep things progressing. But I think that layer of the company just seems overworked and stretched too thin. Not a huge issue but one to be aware of when there are occasional gaps in communication. Overall, highly recommended! Would gladly work with them again...but their work is so good we won't have to!

Ben, site manager, was completely in tune with my neighbors and how sensitive things can be in a project this large. The paver project down below was also really flawless, never seen a crew work so hard, especially in freezing temps!
