He told us that we would be getting one year free of finance charges, so we had a year to pay it off and we purchase at the time because of the promotion. I now come to find out that we have a regular finance loan and we have been accruing finance charges since June. So besides all the problems with communications, they lied. Again I reconfirm the fact that I will never do business with Prestige or RJS Consultants Inc which is doing business as Prestige Windows and Doors. I am presenting in talks with them so I will right another review pertaining to my experience with this matter.

I decided to get 5 different quotes and compare them based on price, reputation and the overall "vibe" I would get from their representative. To make a 4 month story short, no company compared to the presentation, price and vibe that I got from Prime Window and Door. From our first meeting I was very impressed with Robert and his company. He answered all of my questions and actually asked me a few which was something that no one else had. I could tell he had a genuine pride for his work and loved what he does. Robert was up front about pricing and didn't play any games. We discussed financing and I decided to go with him. The install went flawless and Prime Window did an amazing job to keep the mess to a minimum. The windows look amazing and my home is safe for storms (and much more energy efficient). If you're on the fence with who to go with for this major home improvement don't think twice, check out Robert and his crew at Prime. They will treat you like family.

VERY Happy with the Results!…read more I was in the market for storm impact windows and shopped around. I narrowed it down to 6 companies to get quotes from and decided to go with R&S Companies, I couldn't be happier with that decision! They did an excellent job on my windows (16 in total) at a very reasonable price. Lynne, the Salesperson/Project Manager was great. Rather than tell me what windows I should install (like some of the other companies did), she asked me what I was trying to accomplish and then gave me some suggestions and options. Lynne was very patient with me as I had no clue about the windows and I asked her a ton of questions. Once I decided to place my order with R&S Companies, the windows arrived 6 weeks after placing the order (actually arrived on a Friday and they started installation the following Monday). The installation crew was EXCELLENT! Alex - the Lead Installer and his 2 installers did an excellent job. Alex is bilingual (a must for me) and very knowledgeable as were his installers. Even though my house was built in 2000, there were some obstacles they had to work around, such as the sliding doors were not square, but Alex and his crew resolved the issues. I liked that the Alex - the Lead Installer stayed on the job the entire time. He didn't come in the morning and then take off to work other jobs - he stayed on my job with his crew. Another "plus" was the fact that they covered my stairs and the second floor with paper as we have wall-to-wall carpet. This way they were able to go up and down the stairs and work on the 2nd floor with minimal to no mess left behind. They also covered all of our furniture & possessions with plastic. There was no damage to the outside of my house around the new windows, so I don't have to repaint - BONUS! I could keep going, but Bottom Line: I am super happy with R&S Companies - from the beginning to the end of the whole installation process.
