    Spent over $200 here at Venus Nail Spa today off of Osceola Parkway in Kissimmee and I was very unhappy with the work. I had regular nail polish for my nails and the nail polish was thick and gunky and the nail tech added liquid to it two times and shook it. I didn't think nothing of it as I thought it was a solution. He did have to redo my nails once. After over an hour of letting it dry the polish was still moist and starting to gunk up on my nails. I tried calling to resolve it within 2 hours of getting my nails done and their response was that they don't guarantee regular nail polish. I tried to explain that the polish was damaged from the start and they refused to do anything for me.     Just wanted too recommend this nail shop and the amazing person that did my pedicure Peter. He was very friendly when I initially walked in , answered any questions I had and was happy to be of service. He was understanding of my wants and did a great job seeing them through. I will be sure too come back for Peter and if you're reading this thank you again! :)

    Loved every moment at Venus Nail Spa! The golden pedicure was exceptional, matched by their immaculate cleanliness and relaxing massage chairs. The vibe is welcoming, and the staff are incredibly polite. A truly stellar experience--I'll definitely return!

    I was very rushed here on my first visit (for my own time crunch) but it went pretty well. I just needed a quick pedicure. It's a little pricey in my opinion at $25 for a basic pedicure but this is a very nice nail salon. I was quickly greeted and escorted to get my pedicure immediately. No wait! They offer a huge array of nail colors. Everything is new with a contemporary look. I really did enjoy my pedicure despite rushing the nail technician which I hate to do. I will say their pedicures are very detailed. She spent a long time on my cuticles. She seem to really care about making it perfect which I appreciate. She also rubbed my leg with a special scrub and at the end put a warm cloth over my legs. I loved it. I also enjoyed my chair with Its massaging features. They did offer other packages if you want even more things done like a mud mask on your feet. Overall it was a excellent experience and the nail technician was quick and efficient. The only downfall for me was that they don't offer water or wine like my salon in Millenia does.

    I am very disappointed, the second day I made them, all the enamel came out, I came back and show him my receipt and they proceeded to paint me the ones that came out, today is the fourth day and look how they are. Paying $37 for this bad product is the first and last time I go to that place. It had never happened to me, in other place they lasted 2 weeks.

    If you're looking for the best nail tech in the Orlando/Kissimmee please ask for Quin! Alll my nails are always sooo perfect and anything I bring in she makes it better!

    This place is an expensive chop shop. Ima just be real.. they redecorated which is nice. They are not sanitary with the tools. Seems like they charge whatever they want to each customer because they changed the price twice on my services! A basic acrylic application starts at $47 is what I was told at first then $45 when I went to pay. It's a cost for Length, shape and anything extra. Expensive pedis for bs work. The person doing my feet and nails was on the phone FaceTiming the whole Pedi time. Smh. They can't paint nails. Gel has bubbles and let's not talk about the shaping. No cuticle work, no washing of the hands. I paid $337 for two pedis and two short SHORT basic nail sets. Biggest mistake. Listen to the bad reviews because they are true! TRUE! Save your self the heart ache and don't come here. Update; my sister got an infection on her nails!!! This place not SANITARY !!!! Half of her nail fell off!!!

    From the outside this place looks small... when you walk in it's HUGE. Right after you walk in you're greeted and asked to sign in on the iPad. There are 2 huge displays of nail polish, regular or gel. There are literally over 20 manicure stations and 2 rooms with 14 pedicure chairs each. I've been to several nail salons prior to this place and this chair beats all the others. It literally conforms to your body and the massage is on point. They have a brochure to choose which kind of pedicure you want. I chose the signature. Talk about good. You get the normal stuff, plus the cheese grater (callus remover), 3 different lotions/scrubs, hot towels and massage. It's $35.00 Phan was my technician and she is good. They have female and male bathrooms.

    The right is the nail color I wanted in the SNS dip and the left is my nail. This is not my nail technicians fault I want to make that very clear. The manager there was rude and told me to ask HER(the nail tech) for a discount? That should not come out of her pocket it should have came out of the stores pocket because it is their fault they advertised this false color. She used the correct dip and did a nice job the color is just completely different. The manager was completely RUDE and walked to the back because he didn't want to handle the situation he made the nail technician handle it. I will never come back. My experience here has made me write my very first review ever. In response to the comment: You didn't give me many options. I said yes remove them and the manager just walked to the back after telling me to ask the lady that did my nails for a discount or ask her to remove them but there's nothing that he can do. Why would I punish your nail tech by not paying for her hard work? Why should it be coming out of her pocket for something that was not her fault? You put everybody in a lose/lose situation. You have poor customer service and even worse management ethic. I feel bad for the people under you because you tried to punish your nail tech for something that was your salons fault. At the end of the day my nails were just pink instead of the white I wanted, my poor experience with the manager made me write this review not the false color display. If you had handled the situation properly I wouldn't have felt the need to share my situation publicly.

    If I could give them neg stars I will. Nothing is personalized and it's like herding cattle. Choosing the color among rings and rings of the same damn color and they don't even bother to tell you that only 2 or 3 rings have different colors. Regret going here for my refill but it was the only place in the area for my time frame. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I don't have an issue with the woman not really understanding English but it was more than difficult to explain to them issues that I was having and I was pressed for time (which has nothing to do with quality). The technician KEPT running across your cuticles and I had to ask her on more than one occasion to stop running across my skin. I would not recommend this shop to anyone and if I had more time I would have gotten the paint takin off and went somewhere else.

    I've tried this place 3 times. The first time I got John, he wasn't able to do a French Tip the correct way. Once I tried correcting it he started raising his voice and had an attitude with me. I ended up leaving with plain color instead. Someone else fixed it. The second time, everything was done the correct way with someone else. They were nice and did a great job. The third time is today. I again received John. I was nice and gave him a second chance. There ended up being an issue with the quality of the color and the way he was shaping my nails. He was rough and I had to tell him multiple times to please pay attention to what he was cutting and filing around my nails as he was cutting too deep. The color that he pulled and the color that was shown were both two different colors. When I aired this to him in the middle of painting it on... he AGAIN RAISED HIS VOICE AT ME. Telling me that I'm wrong. He went and grabbed the example, which was... yes the right number but.. surprise, different than the color being painted on. He then said the issue is that the examples have been painted a long time ago and that's why it's different. As he's making a scene and embarrassing me acting like I'm being in reasonable, To calm him down and stop this interaction I start saying "it's fine, it's fine, it's fine!" He's still in a raised voice, saying "What do you want?!" I just kept saying "it's fine just leave it". He wouldn't stop and then starts explaining to his coworker. I say "it's fine, it's fine for a third time and he keeps going. I then say "I don't know what you want me to say. I already said it's fine but you're still going. What do you want?" We started at each other for a minute and then he completed the nails. He then finished it and told me to get my nails done by someone else. I went and got my old nail polish off by someone else and chose not to get it painted. I told her about the issue and was literally crying out of frustration because getting your nails done is a luxury now days and expensive! I don't PAY to get yelled at by a man while I'm getting my nails done. She told me that it may have been because he doesn't speak much English. But reality is, we were communicating just fine the entire time before, during and after the interaction. He was visibly pissed, with a raised voice and pushing things around. I work with people that speak English as a second language. We were communicating just fine until he got mad about me asking about the color. Even if his English is rough, you don't need to speak the other language to understand body language, his face was pissed, he stomped away, he raised his voice and was rough after the interaction. Even after the interaction, he was glaring at me from across the salon. I spoke to the front desk lady and she was nice. The manager ended up only giving me $10 off my entire transaction (the price of getting my nails filed down and shaped) and I ended up paying over $50. Overall... please just go somewhere else, I literally sat and cried out of frustration as a man was glaring me down after the interaction. Although the lady was nice, I don't feel that it was handled right. I shouldn't have needed to pay for that pedicure or when I literally didn't get the coloring choice, and was treated this way. If you're the manager please just refund my nails because this was ridiculous. I basically just paid to sit, get yelled at and cry in your establishment. Ridiculous do better. The color I chose was red. The color I got was blazing orange.

Upon arrival I waked in and got meet with nothing . I walked up to the front desk and was meet with a rude lady. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day or if someone had just ticked her off but her tone was so unwelcoming and uncomfortable. I checked in and got asked for my ID. I've NEVER been asked for my ID at any waxer before, but didn't argue and went to grab it upon coming back she said the price is different because I'm not local so there will be an up charge and I don't get a discount. Upon hearing that I was shocked- an UP CHARGE- because I'm NOT LOCAL?!? I was super shocked and then recalled well I do have another email promotion I got sent as well and told her about it and I didn't even get to finish my sentence and she was like "You aren't local- you don't receive anything " at that point her whole attitude and way of delivering everything she told me sounded rude as if I was beneath her. It was so uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Would NEVER want anyone to be treated this way. She said she needed to take a photo to of me and never explained why, I refused so she said she was gonna take a picture of my ID. Asked to cancel the appointment as a whole and she said okay and she was clicking at her computer for maybe 5 minutes before I asked if I was free to go or had to sign anything and she looked at me with so much disdain and told me "yea - it's been cancelled" I was fuming, she saw me standing there and never once told me anything. I left and I promised I would share my experience so no one had to go through the experience I did, I called another shop that was 5 minutes from there and they were beyond WELCOMING, KIND, ATTENTIVE, and also never asked for my ID or a photo.
