Great little nail salon in a pinch. My nail tech was very detailed- she did a great job with the fill of my acrylics and working on my nail beds/cuticles. It wasn't busy, which is great, because a lot of other salons I've been to will keep you waiting and misquote times. The worst pedicure I have ever had. Went in for a Pedi and Mani and based on the reviews I expected great service. My Pedi was $30 for what they called express without callus remover. Since I don't have calluses I chose this one. She barely touched the bottom of my feet and when I pointed out that there was still dead skin on my heel she said it's because I didn't get the callous remover. What?!!! They are robbing people here and they probably don't know any better. read more

I wanted a manicure and a pedicure, they literally did not care. I literally only got a pedicure and a full set. I paid $158 for such a messy set of nails and messy toes. He didn't ask me how i wanted my decorations just did them in a crooked and rushed style, overlapped my diamonds, overall did not really care about my needs, and then added an extra $35 for my nail design, before he did it, when showed him the picture and i asked him how much it would be before hand, he straight ignored me. AND THE GUY WHO DID MY FEET CUT ME! Made me bleed while cutting the cuticles on my toes. I just felt rushed to say the least. I will never be back. read more

I 100% do not recommend this salon. I had the worst experience, the lady who attended me was rude. I showed her the picture of the nails I wanted, she disregarded it and did her own thing. She also repeatedly cut me which hurt really bad. She continued to put nail chemicals over my cuts right after which was burning super bad. I had to apply Neosporin when I got home to make sure it didn't get infected. When she noticed she had cut me so many times she just laughed. She didn't do the nails I wanted at all. Each nail was a different shape and different length. It was terrible. She had told me at first that because of the length in the picture the nails would be $55 + $10 gel nails. I ended up paying the $65 even though the nails were so much shorter and weren't at all the length or nails in the picture. I didn't want to make anyone feel bad so I just payed and left. I called when I got home and asked if I could go back the next day and get them taken off or at least fixed. They said yes, so the next day I went back. The lady started to argue with me saying it was my fault and that I didn't explain correctly even though I even showed her a picture of what I wanted. She said "Next time don't show me a picture, just tell me what you want". She refused to take them off or even try to fix them. And refused to give me my money back. I was very upset because the least she could have done was take them off. I will attach a picture of what i wanted and what I got. read more

I came in with one broken and one painful cracked nail while traveling, and Kayle very expertly (and gently) was able to fix both nails and fill my gel manicure. amazing. nothing but good things to say. i broke 2 nails while playing volleyball (was in town for nationals) and i called right before they closed to see if i was able to come in the next day at all. they said just come in whenever. i call the next day, asking about what time would work best and they say "in an hour" would be great. i get there 40 mins later, ready to wait. i walk in, they seat me RIGHT away. it was $20 for the 2 acrylics to be fixed, and took about half an hour (give or take). keep in mind they had to remove the nails and start over. they use different nails than my regular place back in wisconsin, so the shaping is a bit off but not their fault. you can barely see a difference. im not sure of the name of my technician, but he was amazing and obviously knew what he was doing. quick, efficient, and good conversationalist. it was overall a great place and very efficient in fixing my nails!!! read more

Went into City Nails today for a acrylic take off and cut down. The middle finger nail was first removed (along with a piece of my real nail) and I ended up bleeding. After asking for a bandage initially, nail technician ignored me at first and continued taking off the other nails. After 5 minutes, realizing I did not stop bleeding and me asking a 2nd time, the technician finally got up and got a bandaid. I am very dissatisfied, because not only did I get hurt in the process, but my nail technician did not even try to take off the white paste off my fingers. Instead she rushed to help another customer (whom was way after me) and only addressed me when it was time for the bill. I paid $15 for a acrylic take off and cut down (you can see the condition of my hand in the picture attached) and also $36 for a classic pedicure. Prices were high and quality was low. Will never return here. read more

I called this place and asked about the wait. The women on the phone tokd me that they don't take appointments but to come in 30 minutes. I came in exactly 30 minutes and the e same women told me another 10 minutes. She then finished the women's pedicure and proceeds to starting a new manicure. At this point I asked her politely the exact time because it had now been about a hour of waiting. She apologizes and tells me that the women was a walk in. So wait...had I come in 2 minutes when I asked instead of waiting 30 minutes like she said then that would've been me getting my nails done!?! "Sorry I said 30 minutes." She replies. Honestly this is ridiculous treatment and I wasted a hour of my time for nothing. I do not recommend this place. read more

I was on my way back home and decided to stop for a pedicure before the ride home. First thing , me & my sister were being serviced my sister was attempting to ask her to remove the acrylic from her big toe and she was straight up IGNORING her to the point we had to have the manager inform her & I guess she didn't know how so she came to do my feet instead. She was very rough , filing my toe instead of my nail , aggressively cut one of my cuticles and she didn't even properly file my feet. The young lady who was doing my sister's pedicure was trying to pop the acrylic off her toe instead of soaking it. Near the end the lady who was doing mine started doing a whole other pedicure and just left me with the paraffin wax on my feet. Only good thing I can say is my polish is pretty. Great experience! Resort spa was booked. I called City Nails the night we arrived, and they scheduled an appointment for the next morning. When I arrived, they took me to a pedi chair immediately. Service was wonderful! I had a classic pedi and a basic mani with regular polish. Price was half what the resort wanted. I definitely recommend! read more

I went here on vacation. They do not tell you the manicure prices at any time. They suggest lots of things to do which obviously cost extra. I said how much more and they said no extra charge for ombré nails something that they suggested. I decided to give it a try. I saw the pedicure prices and asked for the basic which is less than $30. The people are really nice and accommodating. They do not have preset prices in their system but instead type in what ever number they think is fair at the end. At the end it cost $120 without tip for just one mani and pedi. I asked if my nails cost $90 since the total of my toes was $30. No $70 they answered and suddenly started acting like there was a communication error. So where did this extra $20 come from? This was the most expensive place I've ever been and it was not as nice as other places I've been to for less. One of my toe polish came off the next day in the shower. read more
