We started the comforter up in one of their big-load washing machines then wandered around the strip mall and Indian grocery until it was time for the dryer. This spot is clean and well-managed. The owner/manager was constantly cleaning and sweeping while we were there. Seemed reasonable at 12 bucks. Trip number two: I came back a day after they told me the pants will be ready, they still weren't there. Not great. Number three: I came back to get the pants, waiting for another customer voice concerns that they had lost three of his shirts, finally got to deal with employee who brought out my pants, only to show that they had not patched the location I requested at all, instead had put a new patch on a tiny hole next to the location. I informed the employee that this iron patch would fail very quickly. She insured me that it was fine, and they would repair them if they did fail. Surprise surprise, I bought a week later the patch did failed because it was not reinforced with thread as I requested. I am on my way back now for visit number four to see if I can get them repaired properly this time. Recap, so it's going to take bare minimum five visits when it should've only taken two, and that's providing that they actually do the repair correctly on the next try. Not great
