It was close to my work and convenient. I dropped off around noon and picked it up when it opened the following day. They did a pretty good job, it was clean and nicely folded. The laundry was charged by weight, it can add up but the price you pay for convenience. The laundry mat looks clean, lots of machines I don't know how much they charge per use but I would assume way cheaper than drop off service.

My fiance called on Aug 16 just to be sure the clothing is ready for pickup, and it is. The older gentleman at the counter (presumably the owner) was friendly and funny. He even gave us a 15% off card that is good for all future drycleaning. My fiance's suit, ties and shirt was cleaned from all the dust and dirt IMO. Plus, with the Groupon we only paid an extra $10. That was a really good deal to us.

They have one very large washer which is the main reason I go there because you can get all your bedding done in one machine. A few months ago, new owners took over the place. The first thing I noticed was although we were all being told to wash our hands thoroughly with soap because of the pandemic--they had no soap. They also don't have a handle on the bathroom door. Very gross. I drove to the laundromat yesterday expecting to be out of there in an hour like I usually am. First of all, it was packed and almost every washer and dryer was in use. That of course is not the fault of the proprietors, but it was chaos and the person working there was not helping the flow of customers. One woman had a very large amount of clothes to be washed. One of the machines she was using was the large capacity washer. I waited patiently for her wash to finish and I used two of their double load washers to do the rest of my clothes. The woman with the big laundry amounts went to empty one of the many washers she was using, only to find the clothes were soaking wet! The staff member apologized and put her laundry into a new machine. Unfortunately, they don't have any machines that could have just spun dry the clothes, she had to wash the clothes all over again. The man marked an x on the machine to show it didn't work. That made the second machine that had an x on it. I went to empty one of my washers and the same things happened to me--soaking wet clothes and I had to wait for it to wash all over again. That made three machines with an x on it. I finally got all my clothes washed and started to dry them. One dryer had mostly towels in it so I gave it half an hour to dry. I took it out then and the clothes were exactly the same dryness as when I had put them into the dryer. The staff did pay for the dryer for me as he did for having to rewash my last load of clothes. With all the people in there, and many having the same issues I was having, it took almost three hours to finish that laundry. So far the new owners seem to think they only need to collect the coins from the machines and not do any needed repairs to equipment or bathroom doors. I will be looking for a new place to do laundry from now on.

I did a bunch of research on yelp and google and ended up picking Eagle Square Dry Cleaners. There are two parking spots right out front reserved for the dry cleaners (15 min maximum). This was great since I had to do drop off and pick up with an infant. The couple that run this dry cleaner are super friendly and efficient. I dropped the items off on a Thursday and they were ready for pick up on Saturday. I was quoted $30 which I thought was reasonable. When I picked up the items, they looked absolutely fantastic! My husband was super happy with the result. Also, not only were they friendly, but they helped me carry the dry cleaning to my car when they noticed I had my baby with me. I highly recommend these dry cleaners, and I will definitely use them again in the future!

I was quoted about $300, and it would take bout 3 weeks to do. I was expecting a call, but I kind of forgot about it until recently. It was partly my fault since I didn't check the tag for what day it was ready for pick up. My husband picked up my dress for me, I've seen so many horror stories about some dry cleaners giving past brides back the wrong dress back. I got the right dress, with the custom hanger I had on it and the garment bag. I was charged $174 for the job, I was happy that I was under quoted for it. The first thing I noticed that that there was faint tan stain around the center of the sweet heart. I had spent a few days trying to get out the wine stain left in the dress before dropping it off. I thought that it would help them clean it faster. My husband didn't notice it when he picked up. I guess I can't complain about the price I was charged. They did miss a spot and my dress was fairly clean already. I had only wore it my ceremony and dinner. The shop itself is brightly lit in the front, dimly lit in the back. Makes me wonder how they manage to do alterations. They do have a bright light around their sewing machines, so that's a bit of a relief.
