They do a great job with dry cleaning but not so sure about sewing. I asked if they could sew a badge onto my son's (brand new school bag that was a very special gift). Without hesitation the lady said she could do it. But, when I went to pick it up (she wasn't there her husband was), it was the WORST job ever. The badge wasn't full sewn into the bag, wasn't centered and left everything looking very uneven. In fact, the husband admitted that it was done very poorly. He apologized and offered to redo it but I was a bit hesitant as there would be ugly holes left since they would have to remove and re position the badge, etc... I felt bad too but this was an expensive bag. Anyway, long story short, the tag was still on the bag but he asked for a receipt. Obviously, I didn't have it on me. He paid me some money back minus my dry cleaning for something else and told me that he had to charge me for "time" his wife spent sewing. What about my time? He snatched the bag from my hands and insisted it was now his since he paid me for it which I think is extremely unprofessional and rude. I told him that the badge was separate, so he cut it off and returned it to me. I drove back later to guve him the receipt. He called me later to apologize and said he'd give me the remaining money he owed but I nicely told him to keep it. I didn't want to deal with him anymore. I'm sure they are good people but they really need to learn how to handle mistakes and be more professional about it read more
