We started the comforter up in one of their big-load washing machines then wandered around the strip mall and Indian grocery until it was time for the dryer. This spot is clean and well-managed. The owner/manager was constantly cleaning and sweeping while we were there. Came back to get change and reception spent the next 15 minutes or more speaking to a salesman. Maybe I was rude to wait so long to get change for the machine. No apologies. They apologized to the next person that waited 2 minutes. Got accused of not closing the machine properly. Not even an acknowledgement upon leaving the business. Number three: I came back to get the pants, waiting for another customer voice concerns that they had lost three of his shirts, finally got to deal with employee who brought out my pants, only to show that they had not patched the location I requested at all, instead had put a new patch on a tiny hole next to the location. I informed the employee that this iron patch would fail very quickly. She insured me that it was fine, and they would repair them if they did fail. Surprise surprise, I bought a week later the patch did failed because it was not reinforced with thread as I requested. I am on my way back now for visit number four to see if I can get them repaired properly this time. Recap, so it's going to take bare minimum five visits when it should've only taken two, and that's providing that they actually do the repair correctly on the next try. Not great

I had done my larger blankets at this laundry-mat several times in the past years and I had decided to give them a call to find out if they had this type of service. The owner (Matt) has been wonderful, they have provided me with great service, he phones to see if I need my laundry done, they provide the cleaning products, asking if I had a preference to what products I wanted used on my cleaning. The laundry is folded neatly, Matt has provided a sturdy cloth bag for pick-up service, once laundry cleaned, delivering back in another clean bags, Laundry service for a very reasonable price. I had tried several other coin laundry-mat and there price were much higher and they did a very poor job. I would recomend anyone to use there drop off or pick up service.
