My order total ended up to be around $14. First off, the tofu sandwich!! I'm not sure how they used to make it 6 years ago, but now I'd say it is one of the best I've tried. The sandwich came out warm, they sauté the tofu in a sauce, which I'm guessing is oyster sauce and it gives it a lot more flavor. The bread was crispy on the outside and soft in the inside. For the matcha, I was not expecting it to be anything special since it's a boba shop. After taking the first sip, I was shocked on how rich the matcha was and it was delicious!

I haven't drank bubble tea in a long time and wasn't sure what to order. Ngi recommended the hazelnut milk tea with boba and I was not disappointed! I recently became a painting contractor. I don't have an office yet. So Goatea owners Tan & Tran have been incredibly nice and have been letting me use their space to hold interviews and new hire one-on-ones. Portions are a bit on the lighter side, so you will end up paying closer to $20 for your meal here as you likely need 2 croissants or 2 salads or 1 croissant + 1 salad to be adequately full. This is a chain from Ukraine, but it is quite special to see it in Southcenter. The croissants here are more like the ones abroad in a supermarket - not bad, but not outstanding. It is a bit flaky but not crunchy, but it has a decently modest butter flavor. I got the chicken teriyaki croissant which is quite delicious, with just sufficient amount of chicken (could be a bit more, to be honest) and it is quite light (~400 calories). I also got the smoked salmon salad with sesame dressing which is pretty good - there is not a lot of lettuce but a lot of the other toppings that are worth more so it was fine. The dressing was a bit salty so I used it sparingly to enhance the salad. The pistachio croissant is pretty good, but I would not justify $10 for it otherwise. If I come back again, which I likely will if there is still BOGO via Uber Eats pickup, I will definitely try more of the savory ones as those are about similar prices to the sweet variations.

I decided to go inside to check them out and grabbed some other goodies while I was there I ordered the pistachio dream phin and it was a bit of a wait as their drive thru was busy. The staff ensured that the order was coming up and kept apologizing for the wait (I maybe waited for 5-10 mins) Coffee itself was excellent and the pistachio cloud might just be my new fave

I got the phin coffee, it's sooo good and either it's highly caffeinated or there is some other magic in it because I haven't been this motivated to do anything after drinking that coffee!! And I often visit Vietnamese cafes Barista was kind and answered all my questions patiently, made my coffee quickly. It's inside a gas station, the gas station is small but feels clean, bright and welcoming; gas station itself offers some hot food options too!
