I had exactly 5 days available for this job to get done, and I was contacting them less than 2 weeks from the start time, so I wasn't sure if it would even be feasible - but Ash made it happen. The workers arrived near the beginning of the arrival window for the job itself, which I really appreciated so I could get to work on time. For a no-hassle experience scheduling a job, this is a great company. Quality: The floors look beautiful. They were able to eliminate some scratched up areas where dirt also had been deeply rubbed into the wood. It made my house look new. The sateen finish with natural stain is just beautiful. The house wasn't dusty or dirty after the job. Price: PriceCo came in several hundred dollars lower than other estimates. I will definitely recommend PriceCo to my friends for this service.

Update on my Original Review: AVOID at ALL COST…read more.. (UPDATE on my ORIGINAL REVIEW) The owner called me to discuss the EXTREMELY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE we had, and the POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE provided by his employees. I appreciated his personal outreach, and was gracious enough to give them another chance. During the "2nd Chance Visit", his carpet estimator was incredibly rude to my female tenant, made it seem like he was doing her a favor to show-up, and verbally CURSED AT MY FEMALE TENANT. She became afraid and asked the carpet estimator to leave because she felt unsafe. I respect & appreciate the OWNER for trying to make things right, but if this is the caliber of employee that his company hires, I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM. It is 1,000% UNACCEPTALBE for a service provider that has been invited into someone's home to curse at a woman. UNACCEPTABLE. District Floor Depot WILL NOT be getting my business, and I hope that no consumer supports this type of behavior by doing business with them. (ORIGINAL REVIEW) This company offers HORRIBLE customer service. I scheduled multiple appointments, and they just didn't show up. They called and said the representative was outside. THEY LIED. We immediately opened the door, and no one was there. I called right back, and they said the representative was there, but left. They lied. We were looking for them the entire time. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with this company. Go to a reputable company that appreciates & values its customers and their time. I would not accept free carpet from them at this point. INTEGRITY MATTERS.

I fully expected to leave a voicemail, but to my surprise the owner actually answered the phone. He was extremely polite, and I thanked him for taking my call. I mentioned my friend's referral and asked if there were any current specials. He ended up giving me a great deal and followed up the very next day with an installation date that worked perfectly for both of us. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. The crew arrived on time, were very clean, efficient, and communicated with me throughout the entire job. I couldn't have asked for a better experience--honestly, I don't even think you can pay for a better one. I'll definitely be using them again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for good quality work and products.
