This raises an obvious question: if they were never interested, why schedule the estimate at all? This behavior shows a complete lack of professionalism, communication, and basic respect for a customer's time. Consider this a warning: expect poor communication, broken commitments, and wasted time if you choose to engage with this company.It appears they prioritize only high-margin jobs and silently drop others without the courtesy of a timely or honest response. That is not how a legitimate, customer-focused business operates.
