I thought this was going to be a good company, one I could trust…read more On May 20 th I had this company clean my ac ducts due to a musty smell, they came did a great job, employees were pleasant, seemed professional. In June I still had a musty smell so I called them back, this is where I made my mistake (calling them back) They gave me a price to replace all my ac ducts. I had questions about the proposal, we agreed on a price and they came to do the work on July 1st. They had to cut holes in my new ceiling! I had no idea what a mess it would turn out to be! on July 25 th I had a meeting with the owner to show him the mess they left my house and the damage they caused to my ceiling (again I had no idea what needed to be done-and no one explained the process) I had a list of things to loop go over and show the owner- he sent someone the next day to take care of SOME of the items. One of the issues I am having is, a few vents I do not get much air out of- when I questioned this to the owner, I got a very nasty remark "do you want me to redirect air from someplace else and give you air in that vent?" Umm shouldn't you have the same amount of air coming out of each vent!? It cost me $75 to depose of some debris they left outside my house (they kept calling me and telling me they would pick it up) Living in an Association I had to take care of this myself. It cost me $700 to repair the drywall on 11 vents they replaced and install. I still need to have the paint touched up! A BIG MISTAKE I MADE was I did not have him apply for a permit (this company was highly recommended by a friend) NOTE: I did not pay in full- they still need to replace 3 vent covers and give me a corrected Heat Load calculation report Oct 6: I get an email telling me my account is past due and they were going to send me to collections! I emailed back all the pictures and the correct invoice with a copy of my canceled check along with the work that still needs to be done! One of the items I requested is a correctedHeat Load calculation. This tells the company what size vents need to go where- which was not followed. I was told some sizes would not fit due to trusses in the attic that where in the way. Ok I want a corrected report. Oct 7 th The owner called a mutual friend to find out when I would pay my balance. WHAT???? Why wouldn't he call me the customer? STILL NOT COMPLETED
