It was identified that I didn't have the correct size unit and some of the duct work was not installed improperly. He had a new unit installed and duct work updated. It feels like a new house. Afterwards I told Thayne that one of my girls had a breathing problem. He recommended that I have my ducts cleaned throughly. It's been 2 weeks and my little girl is breathing regularly. I called him and asked me to wait 4 days to come to fix it when I have a 10 months old baby in the house. I would not recommend this contractor, poor cratmanship and but the killer was slow turnaround to fix his mistakes.
