That's all lip service. In fact, we spoke to the customer care team that followed up and told them all this information. She said she would let Miles know again and he would call us. Guess what? No one ever followed up. They never intended to. So Frank V. (Miles) feel free to call my husband's number on file there at the company anytime at all when you feel Iike "addressing our concerns." In the meantime, we will continue to make sure everyone we know uses a different, actually reputable company and not this beyond shady, very poor quality ServPro and will continue to do so.

They refused to return my deposit and had the nerve to send me an invoice for over $2,000 for services. The company never was able to obtain authorization from my hoa to provide services so no services were provided.
