In the past, about 5 years ago, I have used breathe healthier air for all my ac needs at my home and rental property'.They were excellent. I recommended them to everyone. I was unaware the company changed management or ownership or I would have investigated them more thoroughly. Not only were they unable to start the project, they stopped returning my calls and texts. They refused to return my deposit and had the nerve to send me an invoice for over $2,000 for services. The company never was able to obtain authorization from my hoa to provide services so no services were provided. In the invoice they charged me $750 for services provided to the ac unit that was never installed in my condo. read more

It is rare in todays business climate that you come across a very honest company that will do right by the customer and this company and Tim Ohmart are honest and truthful. Tim took the time to look open the A/C unit and look inside my ducts to assess if they needed cleaning. Lucky for me they didn't. I contacted other companies and they just sent a quote and would do who knows what, even though my ducts don't need cleaning. I highly recommend Tim and Breathe Healthier air. My friends purchased a heating/cooling system in our mobile home park in Hobe Sound. It has been 4 years of them having to live in an 81 degree trailer. First system mini splits they installed didn't pass inspection. So they finally removed them after the owners were going to have to pay a huge fine. They installed a system to replace their screw up and it isn't sufficient. The people that own the trailer have spent thousands on the system and now over $2,000 so far for issues. We called this company to deal with a leak in our air conditioning system, and the repairman did a good job, but also recommended that we replace unit. When he took the unit apart we were appalled at how rusted and rotted the unit and its fittings were. They did a nice neat professional job on the replacement, and cleaned all our ducts and vents. We'd had the duct cleaning done before by Stanley Steemer, who made a mess of it, so we were very pleased to have it done right. read more

Breathe Healthier Air installed an air conditioner for us. Every member of the company we spoke to were very friendly,and professional. After installing the air conditioner it ran but would not turn off. Rhonda called me three hours after the instillation and I told her it had not turned off. She had a technition there within an hour they checked it out,bit could not figure it out. They returned the next day and replaced the thermostat. When that didn't work they contacted Lennox co.techs and they discovered it was caused by insufficient air return caused by the pre existing duct work. The next day they sent out three workers who tried to run new duct work, but were unable to. They then scheduled a day where they could have more staff to remove the air conditioner run new duct work and reinstall the machine. This was done at no charge to us. They have also scheduled another appointment to cheek that it is now running properly, and that we are completely satisfied. I would highly recommend this company to everyone!i read more

This company is fantastic! I first heard about them when my parents needed service done on their A/C. This company came out took a look and found that it was a bad breaker on the inside of the unit. The service guy had a used one in his truck and installed it. It fixed the issue and my parents were just charge for a service call and no parts. I think many companies would have milked that kind of situation and hiked up the bill as much as possible. Especially since my parents live in a 55+. So when it came time to replace my whole A/C system they were on the top of my list. I did get 5 different quotes and the Breathe Healthier Air quote for a Lennox system was about the same price that I was getting from other companies for Rheem and Goodman packages. A couple of the big companies in my area like Nis Air didnt even return my call. The install was excellent. I asked if they could reroute the coolant and drain lines so I could utilize more attic space. They rerouted the lines and now I am able to move around my attic so much easier. I can actually use it for some storage space now. If all of that isnt good enough reason to choose this company heres another. About a month after the system was installed it stopped working on a Saturday night about 6pm. I called them expecting them to be available for repair on Monday. They were out in 15 minutes and fixed the issue at no charge. "Minor issue with the breaker". I cannot say enough good things about this company. This is a great quality company that installs great quality systems at a very competitive price. They even gave my father a free yearly inspection for referring me to them. Well done BHA! read more
