The phone apointment process was smooth. The customer service was good. The day of the service. The service person was professional. He told me what to expect with the unit if I didn't get some things done. He gave me different options and later on I was sent an email with quote. Everything was very professional. I had some questions. I called back the company. They were answered and I felt better. I liked the company. I read some of the negative reviews. I was a little nervous. This company is TERRIBLE! We paid for the 3 year maintenance plan last year. The first time they came out to do routine maintenance our less than 2 year old new ac unit stopped working shortly after. We called them to fix it and discovered the previous tech had left the drain pipe in a different direction causing a backup. But we still had to pay for the extra service call. That was a few months ago. We just had them come for our 2nd routine maintenance 2 weeks ago and yesterday our ac froze up again! The tech who arrived said it needed to thaw overnight and would return between 9-10am to figure out why it froze. We called at 10:15am since he did not show up and I have been sitting here waiting for him. We were told our tech is not feeling well and running late and will be here between 11-12. That time frame also passed and now they're saying the tech will be here around 1pm. It is 85 degrees inside my house with the humidity 75% inside and this is the 2nd time we've spent a weekend without ac even though our unit is new. I have been sitting here for four hours waiting for a sick tech to arrive who is the ONLY tech they have working today! What kind of ac emergency company has ONE person for an entire weekend with no backup person?! Besides the terrible customer service, we've had 4 different techs tell us 4 different things regarding the drain pipe that keeps clogging. Do not hire this company! Their techs are unreliable, inconsistent, and don't know what they're doing and you'll be left sitting all day in the heat with subpar service who won't be able to resolve the issue anyway! read more

After 8 years, our AC that was installed and taken care of by All Time or so we thought! During the 8 years they maintained our AC but never took the top cover off for cleaning! On year 8 we started having issues, we were given several issues, the biggest was our "Coil" needed to be cleaned! The tech pulled the top cover off, FIRST time since we had the unit! Finding the coil needed to be cleaned, but would be economically sound to replace the unit! But after so many different stories we decided to clean it ourselves, after which we got the system to produce temps in the high 60's but no "flow", we were told to replace the unit! So we than decide bring someone else in because things weren't adding up, cooling temps after we cleaned it but no flow! Had another company come in, install the same unit, cheaper, but still no flow! First thing they asked "did All Time check our ducts?" No!!! So we put in a new ac when all that needed to be done was fix a collapsed duct section! read more

They actually arrived when they said they would unlike many of the other companies we've used in the past. The cost for the call wasn't too bad at all. Good company however when I questioned the price of a part used they did reduce the cost of my invoice but refused any further calls from me. I had given them a lot of business as I have rental units along with my personal home and a lot of referals but I guess since I questioned the cost of a part used they no longer want me as a customer. We have used All Time Air for 2 years since we moved into this house and have been very satisfied. Yesterday we had a bad storm and our AC unit stopped blowing air all together. Needless to say it has been a very hot 18 hours as they couldn't get here until 3pm from our Emergency call last night at 930pm. A technician named Jordan Henry showed up and was super knowledgeable and very thorough & polite. He discovered a 2nd filter way up in the tunnel behind our regular filter that was so clogged it shut the system down completely because air flow was suffocated by this filter that appears to never been changed far before us moving in. The fact of the matter is in 2 years & a maintenance plan no one ever mentioned this so called 2nd filter so we had no idea it was there, was filthy or needed to be changed! The owner called me back after I left this review to clarify the situation and the misunderstanding and sent me a refund. He explained that he spoke with my technician right after he left our house and offered an alternate solution referring to the capacitor (which he then texted me about after but I was busy getting the babies comfortable for bed). He explained why the issue was easier to see the next day by my family friend as the motor had not been running and overheating overnight. He apologized and clarified that my technician really is the sweet person I met and that it was a mistake.
