My main air conditioner stopped working in the late afternoon. I realized the problem and called Old School just after 6 PM, expecting to be told that I would receive service in one to two days. To my astonishment, old School dispatched a service tech to my home immediately. Jonathan arrived just after 7 PM and diagnosed and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. My air conditioner was working again by 7:30 PM. Even better, the part that failed was under warranty and with my service contract with Old School there was no charge for the tech's visit or repair. Old School is the first air conditioning service company that I've encountered in South Florida that actually treats a service contract as a commitment to provide rapid service. It was really nice to get a live person on the phone when I called in, these guys are great. When I had a problem with my a/c unit and they came in one hour and helped me out. I was so impressed with the repair guy that I paid for one year of service on the spot. The way that it works, I actually save money because they charge no labor for their visits.
