My new dry wouldn't function because it said the vent was 95 percent blocked. I called and set up an appointment to get the dry vent cleaned in a house we just started to rent within the past month. He asked me if we tried to clean the vent. I said we didn't touch anything since we just moved in but i don't know what the owners or previous tenants did. From the minute he showed up for the appointment he was rude and inconsiderate. He then asked my wife the same question and said I don't like being lied too. With that my wife told him I don't I like working with someone that is rude and inconsiderate. With that he picked up his things and was escorted out of the house. Never use this company.
