The staff is consistently friendly, the office is clean, and I've always felt comfortable coming here. After the office went under new ownership, I did have a couple of visits where the dentist at the time was very persistent about recommending additional treatments, including Invisalign (it was not Dr. Heap!) Some of the conversations felt more like pressure than helpful recommendations. During my most recent visit, I learned that dentist is no longer with the practice and met the new dentist, who I believe is Dr. Salinas. What a difference! She was fantastic -- kind, personable, and straight to the point. She gave me some genuinely helpful recommendations, but there was absolutely no aggressive upselling or pressure. That made such a positive impression on me. I've been happy with my experience and love this office. I'll definitely continue being a patient here for many years to come!

My husband and I both had an amazing experience here. We had just moved to the area when my husband suddenly ended up in excruciating pain from a broken tooth. We were stressed and worried, but they got us in immediately. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, patient, and genuinely kind. We even noticed that every patient who came in seemed to be a regular, greeted with warmth and familiarity -- that alone says a lot. When it was my husband's turn, the dentist explained everything clearly, made sure he was comfortable, and took their time to do the job right. They referred us to a trusted root canal specialist, and once that was done, we returned for the crown and additional cleaning work. Everything was seamless. The office itself is clean, organized, and runs incredibly smoothly. Most importantly, we felt truly cared for -- never rushed, never brushed off. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a trustworthy, experienced, and compassionate dentist. We'll definitely be back for all our routine care in the future!

We were thankful to have OFD recommended to us after our first shoddy dentist went out of business (malpractices and lawsuits I'm assuming). The dentist office is easy to find via GPS, and has plenty of parking. The office is clean and the staff is very friendly and professional. Barb is my regular hygienist and she is gentle and professional. I've had to have one cavity filled here, and Dr. Castaño is the most gentle dentist I've ever had ! You can't even feel the numbing shots and getting a cavity filled was virtually a pain free experience and as pleasant as getting a cavity filled could be. I had a lot of anxiety leading up to the filling, but afterwards, it wasn't a big deal at all. I've had concerns about my TMJ problem, and Dr. Castaño had me fitted for a night guard, which has significantly reduced my jaw pain. He explained to me about TMJ and what treatment options were, and what I could do to ease my pain. I highly recommend this dental office !

From the moment I walked in, I got bad vibes. Mostly because one of the people in the waiting room warned me they are money hungry and also because The woman at the desk already started telling me my insurance didn't cover X-rays and cancer screenings and I had never had my dentist in the past say any of this. I begrudgingly paid them $150 up front... I was a little suspicious when my X-rays were taken at the speed of light and the actual camera was shaking during them..my last dentist would always take those over... later in the appointment the dental tech that was supposed to clean my teeth came to give me an estimate on my cleaning?!? This was NEW...and it was another $350. I was like what?!? I have insurance that you take and it covers cleaning. She literally says to me..you have an infection..hmm well that's weird because I just got off of 2 weeks of antibiotics for an illness not to mention I don't feel or see one...AND your dentist just came in and said I have some of the best teeth he's ever seen and I just had my teeth cleaned 7 months ago...They would not clean my teeth without me paying them so I left. Pissed by the way...fast forward 2 weeks when I get into another local dentist that takes my insurance I told him everything Sage dental said -He said first of all oral cancer screenings are free and they charged me. My X-rays should of been covered by my insurance and so should my cleaning and in NO WAY did I have an infection. Which is what they tried to tell me when they wanted to charge me $350 out of pocket just for a cleaning. That place is CRIMINAL! He's like, you have one of the least problematic mouths I have ever seen. They are clearly trying to rip people off. DO NOT GO THERE unless you like throwing away money and being lied to.
