Overall, my experience at Innovative Endodontics was amazing. The receptionist, Jazmin, was always very sweet and professional and answered my questions very well. The assistants were very gentle and kind. On the day of my GentleWave procedure, one of the assistants offered me a blanket. I just remember thinking, "WOW, I get a blanket?". I don't recall her name, but she was honestly one of the nicest dental assistants I've ever met. Estrella was also very kind and also made me feel comfortable. I can honestly say that everyone was very informative and professional. The procedure was very quick and painless. Dr. Frances Ballagas was very gentle and informative as well. I HIGHLY recommend Innovative Endodontics if you're in need of a root canal. Dr. Ballagas helped me save my tooth and I am forever thankful. read more

Aloha, I have lived in Hawaii for eight years and have needed professional dental work, which is not so much available there as they do not have the equipment needed . I traveled to Central Florida to find out what's been going on with my teeth. After getting two opinions, I was referred to innovative endodontics. I paid $535 for a CT scan at a previous dentist and was quoted 10,000 for each tooth extraction. I have had several root canals and they all have to be extracted. I do believe they are the best of the best but I feel like that is too much and not practical. I really wanted a 3rd opinion and Dr. Ballages helped me with just that. She is very wise in her practice and she thinks fast. She understood exactly what I wanted and helped me to see that there are other options less expensive with the same treatment . I'm so thankful that she took the time to talk with me about the options that I have. I'm so glad I got a third opinion from her because I believe she is saving me thousands from the visit I had with her as I continue my search. Her practice is so professional and so kind. Love everyone there. Thank you so much for all you help! Dr. Ballages read more

The ladies at the office were very helpful and really go to great lengths to make you feel comfortable during the procedure. Harrielle is a wonderful receptionist, she's very personable, has a great smile. Emily/nathalia/yvette were all wonderful and knew their job very well. And the doctor of course speaks for herself. She doesn't play and tells you what it is. They also have the gentle wave device that also helps with cleaning the root canal. So I would definitely recommend this location in Orlando, Florida. read more

Clean friendly and accomating office. I had severe tooth pain and needed some help and this group helped a ton. They gave me a 3D xray and determined I had a bad infection. They didn't push a procedure on me and said to get infection taken care of first. Since I was on vacation they said to take care of it when I get back. The doctor and staff were awesome and fit me into their busy schedule. Highly recommend. read more

I was so impressed with the care I received at Innovative Endodontics a few hours ago that I was compelled to write this review. If you are reading this review, it's likely because you are looking for a professional whom you can trust with your dental care. I highly recommend Dr. Frances Ballagas and her staff of professionals at Innovative Endodontics. On my last dental cleaning at my regular Dentist, I learned that I needed a Root Canal procedure on one of my teeth. Many years ago, I had a root canal completed on a different tooth, and I can tell you that just hearing the words Root Canal immediately took me back to sitting in that chair 40 years ago. Because that unpleasant memory is so raw and still lingers in my thoughts all these years later, I researched the latest procedures and learned about the GentalWave Root Canal procedure. I also surveyed the best Dentist to perform this GentalWave Root Canal procedure and learned of Dr. Frances Ballagas and Innovative Endodontics. I found Dr. Ballagas and Maria to be very knowledgeable, pleasant, courteous and caring while explaining the entire GentalWave Root Canal procedure as they went through each step. In fact, Dr. Ballagas went the extra mile and performed a second GentalWave treatment on one of the tooth roots because it was extra long, and she wanted to ensure I had a positive outcome. The GentleWave procedure is far superior to a traditional Root Canal. I was completely comfortable throughout the one and half hour appointment and didn't feel any pain throughout the visit. To close, because of Dr. Ballagas and her staff, I will not forget about this Root Canal either, but because of the positive outcome and utterly painless and pleasant experience. This review is from my wife: I had such a wonderful experience working with Innovative Endodontics today, I highly recommend this practice. The office staff is very professional but also very kind and compassionate. From check in to check out it was very smooth. Dr. Frances Ballagas is a gem. She is very gentle and quite understanding. Maria helped me so much during my visit. I was very nervous and anxious to have the procedure done and she really helped calm me. She really went over and beyond to made me feel better. Another young woman (I'm sorry I can't remember her name) actually held my hand while the doctor was working on me. Have you guessed that I am a total wuss yet? I cannot recommend Innovative Endodontics enough. I hope I don't need another procedure, but if I do, I would only come here and work with this wonderful team. Ellen Wolfe 8/19/2022 read more

I had two roots canal and the service provided by Frances Ballagas, M.D.M, and her team was amazing. The whole experience, from making an appointment to the end, was incredible. I had no pain and the following day I had a seminar where I had to speak for 6 hours. Zero problem. Zero pain. They know what they do. I highly reccomend them. I know you will find crazy, but at the end of the treatment, I looked at them and said: I felt I was in a spa. Seriously, my experience was beyond my expectations. Congratulations Dr Frances and I wish you and your team the best. read more

The entire team at Innovative Endodontics are amazing! They go out of the way to ensure the patients are at ease before, during and after any procedure. This dentist did two root canals. One was perfect. The second one, they gave me a cracked root and will have to be extracted. I paid $1200 for the service. That's fifty percent. When I called to complain, the dentist never called me back. Minus one star. read more

Dr. Frances Ballagas and her staff are fantastic, I went to her for a re-treatment as the root canal I had gotten done 5 years earlier with a different doctor had gotten infected. I was extremely nervous but I have to say this woman has Angel hands, I was so relaxed and comfortable that I started falling asleep as she worked on my tooth. This office truly does think of everything, from the moment you walk in the feeling is that of a serene spa, they have a little cooler with bottled water, bottled juice and some other beverages along with the latest magazines. Once you go to the back (for treatment) they offer you the softest blanket to keep you warm while you are getting your treatment and I have to say the back area seemed very quiet and peaceful. I could really keep going on, the care I received from Dr. Frances Ballagas and her team was superior. I would place them in the luxury category as they go above and beyond to ensure you have a positive experience. Job Well done! If I am ever in the need for another root canal I will most certainly return to Dr. ballagas. read more

While on vacation in Orlando, I developed significant tooth pain. I was referred to Dr. Frances Ballagas. Dr. Ballagas and team fit me in to their busy schedule the same day I called. I recognize that was probably not typical and perhaps I was even lucky. But they didn't make me feel like they were going out of their way. The Innovative Endodontics team was fair, thorough, skilled and compassionate - treated me as if I was a longtime patient. I needed and received a root canal. The procedure was completed to perfection! Relieved my (original) pain and I experienced little residual pain. In fact, 24 hours later I had zero pain or discomfort. I appreciated that Dr. Ballagas and team called to check on me the following day. Highly recommend Innovative Endodontics! - Bob read more

While vacationing near Disney I developed a serious infection in a tooth and needed immediate attention and a root canal. Dr. Ballagas fit me in first thing the next morning and was fortunately able to do the root canal in it's entirety even and restore the tooth as it was a connecting tooth of a bridge I have. She and her staff were very upfront with diagnosis and prognosis's and pricing and were all top notch and very accommodating and contacted my dentist back home to check my records etc. before doing the work. They have state of the art equipment and a very clean office etc. I felt like I was at my dentist back home. I would recommend her to both visitors and locals alike. Thank you all Tim C read more

Nobody likes having a root canal. But if you have to have one, Dr. Ballagos and Innovative Endodontics is the doctor for you! After the Endodontist I had been going to for years, decided not to take our insurance anymore, I was referred to IE by a friend. I have to admit I was a bit apprehensive. But after doing a little research on Dr. B's educational background, I decided to give her a chance and made an appointment. I discovered that Dr. Ballagos and her staff were kind, gentle, knowledgeable and caring. Her office is state of the art. Very clean and paper free. What an incredible experience. I was given a warm fuzzy blanket, video glasses(Watched The Blind Side :)) and a pill to help me relax. An hour and a half or so later, my root canal was done and I was on my way to work. No pain, no discomfort, no anxiety. I'm sure I'll need another root canal again in the future and when I do, Innovative Endodontics and Dr. Ballagos will be the Endodontist for me! read more
