I was in and out fairly quickly for the thorough, professional work done (root canal- my first!). Checked credentials ahead of time and all their doctors had ample experience and training. I was advised that if I could make the drive to their downtown location, they could ensure that I would be seen by 12:30p that day, if not sooner. Unfortunately, they were not able to get me in before 12:30p, however the front staff was very kind and accommodating. Once I was back and in the chair, Dr Adam Bergman, who might I add is on Orlando's 2015 Best Dentist List, explained clearly the procedure and his assistance was very attentive. The procedure was painless, to the point that I actually fell asleep in the chair and had to be woken up to take x-rays. I would have no problem recommending Dr Bergman to any of my friends.

I'm a self-paying patient and yes, the price was very high. However, a root canal treatment anywhere is expensive. I was able to get a prompt appt to see Dr Gonzalez. The office was super clean and comfortable. After a quick set of X-rays and exam, they were able to perform the root canal right away. Every step of the procedure was orally explained to me. Dr. Gonzalez and her assistant worked together like a well-oiled machine. They moved in synchronicity. I marveled at their precise movements over my face. The root canal was performed with lasers which was new to me. All throughout, I never felt a thing other than the discomfort of the bite block and protective film they wrapped around my tooth. In about an hour, the root canal was done and I was on my way. Now that I need to restore the tooth (i.e. get a crown), I regret not getting an implant instead. Next time, I will definitely look into getting an implant rather than a root canal. I left with a very expensive t-shirt and thank you gift. I'd rather they skip the souvenirs and reduce the out of pocket expense, but we all know that's not happening. Overall, a pleasant experience.

The space was clean everywhere and they use some new equipment I hadn't had used on me before (the device to take photos of my teeth), so it has more of a modern feel to it which I loved to see and experience. One of my techs seemed new, but it wasn't much of an issue. I saw Dr. Patel. She's very smart and knows her stuff. This was a new patient appt., and they checked my gums, showed me pictures, and explained everything very thoroughly. I have always had healthy teeth, so was surprised by the gum recession and wear down on my teeth that was mentioned, along with gingivitis. Getting to see what they were talking about via photos was very enlightening. I have soft plaque accumulated along the inside of my teeth on the bottom and was instructed to really get under the tooth better with my toothbrush to get it out, along with going up and down on the tooth when flossing and making sure all of the food is out between them. I also have gum recession and holes in my teeth (worn down to the dentin (2nd yellow layer of the tooth)) along the inside from clenching and grinding (which I've been told in the past but didn't realize how bad it was until they showed me pictures which was awesome to see). I've been feeling uneasy about my teeth health for a while, but was still surprised by how much my gums bled during the check. I'll be getting a gingivitis cleaning and a mouthguard here soon. I will update this post if anything goes awry (considering the 1 star reviews I was uneasy about going here at first).

No itemized invoice or written details were provided, it was just added to the account. During my son's first cleaning appointment, the receptionist claimed he couldn't use the plan. Staff insisted he needed a deep cleaning requiring two additional appointments, quoting $1,400 and invalidating the original plan. We proceeded, assuming the $300 plan would still cover basic preventive care later, as no expiration was mentioned. However, when my son tried to make an appointment in 2026, the office stated the plan had "expired" and was valid for one year from time of purchase and would no longer be honored, despite my payment in 2024 for that specific benefit and the lack of prior notice about expiration. This feels like a deceptive practice. Furthermore, my husband, also a patient, was told he needed a tooth removed. A second opinion from an oral surgeon revealed this was unnecessary. Beyond these issues, the receptionist, who identified herself as the "office manager," needs excessive customer service retraining. Front-facing roles aren't suitable for everyone

They wanted to do an X-ray and exam, which I declined since I had one done just a few months ago. I also declined an exam and asked only for a cleaning. When it was time to pay, I noticed charges for an exam, X-rays, and cleaning. I told the front desk I only received a cleaning, and she checked with the dentist. He claimed he had done an exam -- but he was the one who cleaned my teeth himself, and there was no separate exam performed. I'm disappointed because I was charged for a service I clearly declined and didn't receive. Patients deserve honesty and transparency in billing. Always review your statement carefully before paying.
