The business is located on one of the small narrow streets on the edge of the Gothic quarter. It's definitely a place you will need to be purposely searching for as this business does not jump out at you until you are right on top of it. As it is a narrow business with limited seating, it will be hit or miss if you get an inside table as most of the sales that were happening while I was there was takeout. Just something to keep in mind if you're looking for sit down dining. Overall, I rarely have had ice cream this good and if you are a fan of well-made ice cream then this is a business you should definitely check out if you are in the Gothic quarter.

The last two pieces of brioche bread was gobbled up by my two friends who filled them with gelato, at least they let me try it. The bread tasted fresh and not too flaky and with the cold gelato in the center it was a good combo. The bathroom was oddly constructed.
