Googled this place last minute and came here on a Tuesday night for dessert after dinner and flavors were almost gone! I got the small cup for 3.30 euros and that came with 2 flavors I could choose from. If you want 1 flavor only, you'll just get 2 scoops of the same flavor. There are many flavors including tiramisu, vanilla, matcha, coffee, and lots more! I got the pistachio and crème brûlée flavor and they were both very yummy and not overwhelmingly sweet. The pistachio has a very strong pistachio flavor if you like pistachio and the crème brûlée also had a nice crispy layer (burnt sugar crystals) on top which was awesome. These 2 are part of the most popular flavors! Small place and nothing spectacular about the appearance. Ordering was smooth and easy and you can pay with card. read more

So even b4 reaching the store I already saw a crowd upfront. That's always a good sign. And for good reason, they offer a great product at a reasonable price. They r polite and nice and spoke great English. Another bonus. We tried some unique flavours such as chai tea and also lemon with sichuan peppers. They were both great. Would recommend for sure. My only regret is we only got 4 scoops across 2 cones. Should have did 3 cones at 3 scoops each. read more

Food Treat - After eating so many savory tapas for dinner, time to finish those off with a little sweet tapas. Okay it was just their smallest cup of ice cream for me. I saw the Crema Catalana and you could see the burnt sugar crystals on top which just screamed to me. Like many of the ice cream/gelato places we have visited this trip the pull a section away from the large mass and soften it out against the side. While they are doing this they mix that burnt sugar crystals into all the ice cream. So every bite you took you felt and tasted this great little treat. I love finding these you unique items. SO GOOD. So good we had to have it two days in a row. Like Kareem A., we stumbled upon this quaint little gelateria on our way to dinner one night. No matter that we were on our way to dinner, we had to try it! So what if we spoiled our appetites... All together, we had the raspberry, coffee, and dulce de leche gelato flavors. The coffee flavor is the clear winner in my book. Not too sweet, perfectly creamy, and with a nice strong aroma! Given the choice of a cup or a cone, go with the cone. You won't regret it. I'm not usually a fan of ice cream cones myself, but the ones at Gocce are deeeerrricious. They are light and crispy - not quite a wafer cone and not quite a sugar cone, but a happy, happy medium. Very delicious gelato and their coffees are also really good! I always get a gelato with a coffee and enjoy both there. My favorite flavors are pistachio, hazelnut and chocolate. This gelato is so delicious! Not quite as decadent as some gelato I've had in Florence, but I went back here multiple times on my trip however. I can't believe all the flavors are vegan! There is a sister location around the corner that serves Sorbetto for those who are lactose intolerant, or vegan - and they have a decent selection of flavors to (not just the standard lemon or coconut). I had the Spicy Dark Chocolate - which had the right amount of heat to give this cool treat a kick. Best gelato I've ever had (and I'm from Italy). This gelato was INSANE! Super high quality with a large variety of flavors. I tried the ricotta, black garlic, and orange flavor as well as the olive oil and salt chocolate and they were absolutely to die for. Friends tried the Catalan cream and were very enthusiastic as well. The price was really good too, considering the quality of the gelato and the location (you can get 5 balls of gelato for just €6!) Best gelato I've had in Barcelona and San Sebastian. And trust me I've tasted a whole bunch. Love the authentic, simple, pure flavor - surrounds you! A great location, between Barcelonata and Born area. We were brought here during our Tapas tour, and we went back almost every day after that. The flavors range from classic to inventive. I really enjoyed the hazelnut and pistachio! The chocolate and the spicy chocolate was also really good. My boyfriend also enjoyed the coconut. There are a few seats in the shop, but mostly, you just stand outside the store and enjoy your delight. The shop gets really busy and filled with customers, so if you're a tourist like me, watch your belongings. We nearly had ours pick pocketed when we were in our food tour... Love it. Visited here by accident after biking around the Arc de Triomf and the Parc de la Ciutadella. We were drawn to the shop after having passed countless other cheesy and gimmicky gelato and helado shops along the touristy parts of the area. What made this place different were the decor and the expansive yet sophisticated flavors. I got the matcha tea on a small cone and it was hands down one of the best matcha flavored ice cream I have ever eaten. This beats a million other ice cream stores back home in New York City. Rita and her husband are Italian, and this is some of the best gelato I've had anywhere on the planet - there's a place in Buenos Aires, and one in Vancouver that are in the same ballpark (yep, I'm a gelato snob). i had gelato all over barcelona, and this was head and shoulders above all but one other place (whose name i dont recall, but is in the same area--the once where the gelato is not exposed, they scoop it out of metal things, on carrer montcaldo i think, very cute tall black haired smiley boy works there and his not so cute slightly obnoxious friend!). in the event, this place is as good as the best gelato i had in italy. the flavors are intense and clean, and its not too sweet.
