Let me start by saying I have ordered from here in the past, and the food is great. Went in for Dinner with my toddler on a Saturday night. It was busy, but not crazy. Placed a very straightforward order (kids spaghetti & medium pizza). 30 mins later, the waiter tells us that it should not take too long now. 10 more mins in, I ask how much longer, and all I get is "there's something going on with the back staff. After a poor first experience at vendettis we decided to give it another shot. We were pleasantly surprised. Good service, ok decor, with a solid menu and quality of food. We ordered a large pizza well done (a recommendation), a burratta salad and dessert. The pizza was solid but nothing too special. The salad was excellent and the donut dessert was awesome. Everything came out as promised in a timely fashion was hot. I really have no complaints other than the pizza being not quite to northern standards. Still ok for GA though. We'll be back. read more

Their spaghetti and marinara sauce is the best I've had but, their garlic knots are frozen and kinda bland. The wings have very strong flavors and I highly suggest them as well. Since moving to Cumming a little over a year ago from Smyrna and leaving behind 2 of our favorite pizza places ( Blue Moon and DaVincis ) I wasn't sure if I would find another great place for pizza...recommended by my husband's sister we gave Vendetti's a try the weekend we moved into our home, and every time we have ordered from them the food has been great . I have mainly placed to go orders - from regular to a large order this summer - every time the order has been correct and the food has been incredible . I highly recommend the spinach salad . Vendettis pizza is AWESOME! They have a variety of food on the menu such as pizza, wings, pasta, hoagies, lots of good options to choose from. I decided to have the Medium Meats pizza and mild wings. He totally was on it..... my husband is a suck hound- and none of his cups went empty. Drew kept circling, he explained the menu since this was a first time for us. What a wonderful place this is! My family and I have eaten here 3 times, 2 times we dined in, and once we had it delivered. All three times my whole family raved! Avery and Logan are awesome waiters and are very personable. All their food is spectacular. My family has tried the Chicken Marsala, raviolis, tortolini, pizza and patty melt. Also, the pizza is some of the best around. The cheese they use is exceptional and the crust is perfectly crispy but not dry and has lots of flavor. The Tortilini came with a meat sauce that made it so delish. The Chicken Marsala was as good as any high end restaurant. Oh and the wings are unbeatable. I was coming in to this place critical because of all of the stellar reviews I've seen of them on Facebook thinking that it was just quarantine hype because everywhere else is closed. I got a large cheese with broccoli, spinach, and artichoke. The dough was excellent, cooked perfectly, no burned spots and tasted 'freshly made' The sauce wasn't too sweet or too bitter, complimenting the cheese they used perfectly! They gave a generous amount of toppings as well, making sure that every bite had a veggie- it's the only way I can justify calling pizza 'health food' I did eat the whole pizza, which negates the "healthy" part a bit, it was just that good! The hype for Vendetti's is well earned! I definitely suggest stopping here for a pie, but maybe next time a medium would be better for my diet now that I know when I start eating a Vendetti's pizza, I won't be able to stop! read more

We ordered Scampi & capellini with meat sauce. Received clam capellini and spaghetti with meat sauce. Sent the clams back. At best was somewhere between Maggiano's and Provinos. To his credit the waiter offered to take back the spaghetti and re-do. Then offered 25% discount off of one dish for the screw up. Nether meal was great, just okay. Let me start by saying that the pizza is good. I went to the restaurant with my 3 friends on Saturday night and ordered the Truffle fries, BBQ chicken and regular pizzas. When food was delivered we asked for ketchup and extra BBQ for the pizza. The server said their would be a $.50 up charge for each of the condiments. We were puzzled as Ketchup and fries are an a given and since we ordered BBQ pizza we just needed more. I asked for the manager and sent back the fries. The woman said that it clearly states on the menu what condiment comes with the fries. I was flabbergasted as I have never heard of any restaurant charging for ketchup. She continued to try to rationalize why ketchup would be an up charge as well as the BBQ sauce. So clearly this restaurant has no customer service in place for their patrons as they lost an $11 fries order over ketchup. Buyers beware. Bring a bottle from home. read more

Have been wanting to try this restaurant after people have raved for months about it. Love supporting local, however, we left uninspired. The pizza lacked taste and was dry. The atmosphere didn't provide much either. Loud and almost diner like feeling (very rushed; impersonal) - probably due to dining on a weekend night where the pick up line stretched to the front door. Was always our go to place for lunch or dinner. Excellent food. Previously, service was solid even when they were short staffed. Last time I was there, gentleman cleaning tables was bouncing a tennis ball at the hostess station. My order was incorrect-when advised server, he said, " well I wrote it down correctly ".
