Outstanding Customer Service…read more I want to give a huge shoutout to Lane and Tracey at Bish's RV for going above and beyond with their customer service! I brought in a backup camera that I had purchased from a third party to have it installed, and from the beginning, Lane and Tracey made me feel like my business and my concerns were a priority. The installation ended up requiring numerous attempts at troubleshooting, and instead of giving up or simply sending me on my way, they stayed with it until they figured out that the issue was actually with my truck. Even after discovering the problem wasn't with the camera or their installation, they continued to assist me and make sure everything was working properly. I left with my backup camera working perfectly! That level of patience, professionalism, and genuine commitment to taking care of a customer is hard to find. Lane and Tracey are a great representation of what exceptional customer service should look like. I truly appreciate everything they did and would absolutely recommend Bish's RV because of employees like them!

Got a call a few days later and was told I was misquoted on two of the items and the price difference was more than $700! Okay, scratch those items. Get the rest delivered and discovered they forgot the mirrors to my medicine cabinet. NBD. I've got time to make it right, remodel still in progress. Called in and picked up my mirrors. Get home and discover the mirrors are right, but they've delivered the WRONG medicine cabinet. I paid for a 36inch and they delivered a 30inch. Then I get a call from them stating my space saver is in. What space saver? I call to discuss space saver and wrong medicine cabinet. Was informed that the space saver was going to be a problem because it was a special order and was told by that gal that, "I specifically remember you saying, I want that (space saver) but not the shower door." That's not true! I WANTED the shower door and ordered it, but she called me a week later to tell me it was $500 more than she quoted me so I ditched it. The space saver is $238! Who would pay $238 for a space saver you can get at Bed Bath and Beyond for $90 buck?! Then to add insult to injury, she suggests that I go with the smaller medicine cabinet that I've got because people typically go with a cabinet smaller than their vanity. I don't care! Give me what I paid for! Speaking of paying. ..my credit card was charged but I to date have NEVER received an invoice. I have our hand written order slip--which she filled out--that shows what I ordered and prices--NO SPACE SAVER ON HERE, by the way but thanks for the good helping of guilt! Good, Lord. I just want my correct medicine cabinet (that I've already paid for) so I can be FINISHED dealing with them. I regret ever having purchased ANYTHING from this lady. I won't go back. ps, Mis-quoting someone on a shower door by $500 tells me you're nowhere in the ballpark of having a good knowledge base of what it is you're selling. Give me what I paid for and let me done with you! PLEASE!!!! Also, called and asked to speak to a Manager. Front end gal's response? "What do you want to speak to one for?"

I bought the wheel trimmer for the Lincoln cabin mid summer and used 2 or 3 times before winter. It spent the winter in my heated garage. The next spring it wouldn't start so I took it into power pro,it was still under warranty and they told me it would a couple of weeks and they would call me. After around 4 weeks I stopped in to check on it as the need for it at the cabin was increasing. I talked to the owners daughter, she told me they hadn't gotten to it yet, the owner came from the back and yelled at me "we'll call you when it's ready so I left. Around 5 weeks later still no call so I stopped by again and was told that it was done weeks ago and they dug it out of their outside junk pile, it was all scratched up and beat up. They told me it started right up and nothing wrong with it. Do not buy from power pro, customer service is horrible. They don't want anything to do with you after the sale. After all the equipment I purchased from them and how badly I was treated is proof that they don't care about the customer!

Gary, the fellow behind the counter seemed very put-off that I was bothering him with a project. He strained himself to look up the prices of the parts and gave me an outlandish price for the project. I'm no math wiz, but his numbers just didn't add up. He stated 3 hours work at $80/hour, $170 for the mounts, $260 for the brush guard and some unknown amount for "modifying" the mounts. All tolled he popped off with a $3,000 bid on the project. Naturally, I was floored by his estimate. I state that a full custom bumper with a brush guard was only $1200 plus installation. Clearly, they did not want my money and gave me an outlandish price to scare me off. Screw 'em, there are a bunch more honest folks that will actually want to have work.

Unfortunately, the service she received did not match what was agreed upon. The car was waxed instead of polished, which did not address the scratches--the main reason I came in. The interior detail was also below expectations: areas such as the seats, door bottoms, weatherstripping, and door jambs were not cleaned properly, and overall the work did not reflect professional standards. For these services, she was charged $1,200. In my opinion, a fair price for the work actually performed (a wash, wax, and interior detail) would have been closer to $300-$400. I am requesting a partial refund of $800. Because of this experience, we will not be returning and cannot recommend this business to others. I expected professionalism and thorough detailing, but instead we left disappointed.
