First place we stopped told us they were booked thru August, however they suggested Pierce RV. When we told the service manager Brian our issue he was very helpful. He pretty much figured out what was wrong then asked the only technician working if he was able to take a few minutes and replace our "in line circuit breaker". While shopping for a truck camper I chose to look at Pierce RV selection in Great Falls. My sales person was Matt Krebbs. I let him know I was looking for a truck/camper combo and was interested in selecting the size of camper. I found one I was interested in and Matt suggested I hold it while I completed my truck shopping. He said a $1000 deposit would keep another salesperson from selling it as I didn't know how long my truck shopping would take. He clarified, verbally, when I asked, that the deposit was refundable should I choose not to buy the camper. I dud find a truck at a near by dealership that I am very happy with. However, I wanted to hold off on camper until closer to end of season for better pricing. At that point I was told the $1000 deposit was non-refundable. I contacted my bank and they are currently in dispute with Pierce RV to return my money. My next consideration would be hiring an attorney or small claims court. Buyer beware. I dissuade anyone from shopping at an establishment that employs deceptive practices such as what Pierce RV has done in my case. read more

I wish I had purchased my RV from Pierce. I recently had an issue while traveling through MT. I called Pierce in Great Falls and talked with Brad. He spent probably a half hour, on two occasions, trying to help me resolve my problem. He eventually came up with a solution and my issue was resolved. Fantastic service and I was not even a customer of theirs. If you are considering an RV purchase, or service, do business with these guys - they will take care of you. During a heavy windstorm, the ceiling vent lid and over hood blew off. We drove into Pierce RV in Great Falls expecting to buy the parts and try to make the repairs ourselves. The service manager had a technician climb onto the roof of the RV to take pictures and then coordinated with the parts manager to find the right parts. He then sent the tech back up on the roof and to change out the crank and attach the lid and hood. The price for parts was under $70 dollars and they did not charge us for the labor. And we were in and out in less than a hour. We highly recommend Pierce RV for their Excellent service and reasonable prices. We were in and out in less than an hour. read more

The level of service we received from Pierce RV was top notch. Our salesman was Ron and despite admitting he was newer to the industry he was very well educated about the products and features. We looked through many RVs on the lot before choosing the right unit. Afterwards the finance manager, general manager, and technician (who took us on a walk around of all the special features) were all helpful and easy to deal with. Our travel trailer had been leaking water and we couldn't hook up to a water source on our long trip. My husband stopped in fully expecting to pay mega for a small part. My husband jumped back in the truck 10 minutes later with the small part. The guy gave it to him for free to be a blessing. Customer service is not a priority these days, so it was awesome! Horrible experience thought I was buying brand new and there was so much work done and poorly done at that. This was a prime time avenger LT that is still out for sale in same poor condition. If your looking at this camper or anything from pierce, look through very carefully and ask to see the customer assurance inspection paperwork. This is something they should disclose to customers. I just purchased elsewhere and I was shown an inspection paper so don't let pierce tell you different. read more

Pierce RV , super people I have a toy hauler that I had purchased back east, brand new. On the road found out the unit was a mess, multiple problems and I didn't get any significant help from the selling dealer. Checked with one RV dealer in the Great Falls Mt area where I live, they would do the WARRANTY work, but there would be a $120.00 registration fee. WHAT?????? I contacted the Factory in OHIO, the warranty rep there says NO there isn't any registration fee your unit is already registered. It was a PISSED off fee because I didn't buy the unit from them. The factory rep asked if I had checked with Pierce RV, I told them I didn't know Pierce was a dealer for the brand. When I contacted Pierce service dept and explained the situation, the service manager was very understanding and assured me there was not a REGISTRATION (PISSED OFF ) fee, and I could bring the unit in within a week. Rebecca Jenkins was the primary service advisor assigned to my case. This lady is friendly, polite, professional, very detailed and knowledgeable about the products. During the walk through she found things in the Toy Hauler that were wrong, that I would never thought to look for. She made a complete list of the problems and then introduced me to Mike the actual service tech who would be doing the work. During the repair time Rebecca Jenkins kept me in the loop as to what was being done, and what problems if any were being encountered. Pierce RV did an excellent job of taking care of the issues that were total factory screw ups, too bad the factory doesn't care as much about their product as the people at Pierce RV. read more

One bad apple can sure spoil the entire experience. Unfortunately, Pierce RV Great Falls has such a person, apparently the person at the top (unless they have two Weses and one isn't listed on their website or on the employee photos on the wall). The service advisors, Brian and Rebecca, are wonderful. The techs seem friendly and relatively competent. I have been to Pierce multiple times for an ongoing warranty issue, often spending the entire day while they tried diagnosing and fixing the problem. However, on my last visit, Wes--who is apparently the manager of the entire location--was aggressively rude and even abusive to me. As a result, they've lost a $100,000-plus sale as I have been looking at a newer model RV and was considering one in their lot (they weren't aware I was potentially interested in it) but in no way will I ever purchase from Pierce, period, after Wes' very inappropriate manner. Specifically, he crabbed at me that the area where they'd have to work was too dirty. I agreed I hadn't had time to clean as I'd just returned from a long trip in the RV with a number of passengers. I very calmly and nicely said I'd gladly clean it out right then and there, what areas in particular did the techs need? He bitched at me I had to take it to a professional detailer! It was already afternoon, I had a half day's drive to the dealer, and that was beyond a bizarre statement in the first place. I went to the service advisor and asked him what specifically needed to be cleared and he told me--just the floor and counter right around the part they'd be working on. I then easily did some sweeping and wiping down and all was fine. Wes then came out and bitched at me again because I had swept some dirt onto "my pavement." I calmly said I was going to sweep that up, I just needed to get a dust pan. He was not happy. I went back to the service advisor to ask him to look and see if it was clean/clear enough. He said he'd have to ask Wes. Wes refused to come out and look at it. (I was parked maybe ten steps from his office, at most.) He clearly wanted me gone. (Was the issue that the RV manufacturer who was paying for all the warranty work wasn't reimbursing the dealer enough to Wes' satisfaction? I wonder... Or is that just his personality, shiver!) Wes crabbed to have the tech who was going to work on it look at it. A very nice tech came out and said it was all perfect and took the keys, took it into the shop to work on it. The techs again did satisfactory work, but in no way can I recommend that dealership, period. Wes is a huge liability for the Pierce set of RV dealerships. Avoid, avoid, avoid! read more

I stopped into this RV sales/service supercenter looking for assistance with broken bolts on my sway bar (towing a 19' camping trailer). The time was 12:45 and I was told the service department was at lunch until 1pm. I left my name and cell phone number and asked for a call upon return. I headed to grab some lunch. I called at 1:15 as I'd not heard from the dealership. I was told the service man was with another customer. I left my name/number again. I made three additional phone calls over the next two hours and each time I was told the service man was busy and would call me. I went elsewhere but what really frustrates me is that they never called me back, not before close of business and not the following day. read more
